To go beyond their rating could create a risk to some very expensive equipment and not sure you would want to take that risk. Although the lug rings are a single strand of steel that has been folded into a double loop, it remains a single strand and like a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link or segment.

Answer:	Yes, you can delete them by going into video playback mode. I will say that their instructions are false. E.g. to exit playback mode, you don't hit the video camera button, you have to click the power button once and move up the menu until it returns to standby mode. There are other inaccuracies with the manual in how it operates.

Answer:	So, the device records in 15:00 clips, but you don't have to press the record button every 15. The video playback software that comes with the device will assemble all of the 15:00 clips into a clip that is however long you continuously recorded, so for example, if I hit the button at the beginning of my 5 hour shift, and I hit it again at the end of my 5 hour shift to shut if off, I'm going to have 5 hours of video broken into 15:00 clips on the device itself, but if I connect the device to the software, it will assemble all of the clips into a 5 hour clip, which I can then save part or all of at my discretion.

Answer:	If you get the firmware upgrade you can eliminate/disable the password function - which may not be a problem for personal use, but was put in place to prevent accidental or deliberate erasure of evidence. Hold to power up camera and start video recording immediately when camera is powered off." So if the camera is off, and you press and hold the camera button, it will start it up and begin recording immediately. 5.9 One Button recording - When camera is powered off, HOLD Record button, camera will initiate and start video recording immediately. Alternately, you can set in the menu for it to respond to motion detection, so it kicks into recording anytime it senses motion in front of the lens. 5.7 Motion Detection In settings, please find Motion Detect option. Answer:	I think you are asking how much weight it can handle? Peak Design web site says the Anchor Link System is rated to 200+ pounds. Obviously you wouldn't lift that much weight. I have a Nikon 200-500mm lens that weights 5 pounds and 2 pounds for the camera, for a total of 7 pounds. The strap feels comfortable with that camera + lens weight.
