| Answer: | 3-4 drops I'd say. Whatever the instructions try to tell you is bullshit. I have a 500ml diffuser and put 8 drops of lavender in it for sleep. Next thing i know im awake in the middlw of the night at 2:40am itching like crazy. Emptied and refilled my diffuser, tried 3 drops instead and i sleep very fast. What im trying to say is a little goes a long way, more doesn't mean better. |

| Answer: | I usually diffuse for 1 hour to 2 hours and sometimes up to 3 hours every few days to only once a week and sometimes only once every two weeks. I usually gauge when I need to diffuse by how I feel physically and then emotionally/mentally. When I have been physically ill, I diffuse every day for 2 to 3 days consecutively for 1 to 3 hours each day. This is especially helpful when I've had a head cold with sinus congestion. When I've been mentally/emotionally drained I diffuse only as needed, usually for 1 to 3 hours. This brand of essential oil blends are always very strong fresh from the bottle, as expected, and usually last for the entire 3 hours but do weaken near the last 20 to 30 minutes of that time when I use them in a ultrasonic diffuser. The only blend I didn't care for was the Stress Relief: it contains way too much patchouli oil. It made me think of a wet, dirty dog and wet, moldy leaves. |

| Answer: | Our essential oils are mostly not cold pressed they are steam distilled. Steam distilled is what you are looking for in essential oils. If you want more details on the exact process of each see below. STEAM DISTILLATION PROCESS A large container containing the plant material ( desired oils ) is sealed and steam added to it. Steam releasing the plant’s aromatic molecules and turning them into vapor. The vaporized plant compounds travel to the Condenser. Here, two separate pipes make it possible for hot water to exit and for cold water to enter the Condenser. This makes the vapor cool back into liquid form. The aromatic liquid by-product drops from the Condenser and collects inside a receptacle underneath it, which is called a Separator. Because water and oil do not mix, the essential oil floats on top of the water. From here, it is siphoned off. (Some essential oils are heavier than water, such as clove essential oil, so they are found at the bottom of the Separator.) COLD-PRESS EXTRACTION This method is used for citrus peels in particular. The whole fruit is placed in a device that mechanically presses the fruit making the essential oil and pigments run down into the device’s collection area. The whole fruit is pressed to squeeze out the juice and the oil. The oil and juice that are produced still contain solids from the fruits, such as the peel, and must be centrifuged to filter the solids from the liquids. The oil separates from the juice layer and is siphoned off into another receptacle. |

| Answer: | Water and oil repel each other. The oil will just float on top of the water. Its best to mix it with a carrier oil instead. Dont put it on your skin undiluted. That's asking for irritation and burns. |

| Answer: | Sorry this is a little late. I am reordering the Breathe Blend and saw your question. The way I think of them is; Breathe is for the airways - Health Shield is for safeguarding health, or boosting health. I use the Health Shield (what I think you are referring to when you state "immunity," for me and my two boys when we are out and about in public. (They have lava ball necklaces and I use a diffuser necklace.) When one of us gets a stuffy nose - usually from allergies - I change to the Breathe Blend - also using it in our cold mist diffusers in the home. I have found that Breathe Blend used in their room at night significantly improves their airways during allergy season (which, in Central Florida is A LOT!) Our consumption of allergy medicine has gone from 1/day each, during season, to 1 maybe 1 day per week for my oldest. My youngest and myself haven't needed any in months. Also - my youngest son has a slight lung problem and has to use an inhaler from time to time. With the consistent use of both oils, I am happy to report he has not needed it any in the last 9 months. |

I bought mine here on amazon on sale for about $16. And I also got an add-on item from amazon, sparoom mini essential oil "humidifier" for about 6 bucks because my order was over 25 bucks. I got this because I have celiac and when I eat wheat (I don't knowingly) I have severe symptoms and my nasal cavaties swell up and my tongue enlarges and my throat swells and I can barely breathe. Last night I was eating some taffy and I thought I was breathing kind of shallow so I looked at the back..made in a facility that also processes wheat! I imiddietly filled my essential oil humidifier with this, and my nasal cavity slowly opened up and I was able to breathe again. A main ingredient in this is ecylyptus oil. I just ordered my second bottle of this, even though I recieved this 4 days ago. My bottle is half gone already! Love this product, and it helps me breathe..great for smokers too |

| Answer: | There is no such thing as government certified "pure therapeutic grade". What you are talking about. "CPTG", is a marketing scam. Each manufacturer can invent any certification they want, and they certify themselves using their own criteria, or no criteria. Everyone can write words like this on a bottle, and they mean nothing. If you mean oils which have therapeutic benefits, you should buy from very established and reliable suppliers which have been in business for many years and who are recommended by professional aromatherapists. These suppliers usually provide GCMS analysis for each batch through their web site, and each bottle has batch number on the it. Such oils, I can assure you, would cost about 10 times more than oils in this set, because essential oils of good quality is very difficult to produce and yield is low (weight of the plants or flowers or seeds required to produce 10 ml or an ounce or a pint of oil is very large). Oils for $15-$18 a set are just as pure and natural and therapeutic as a $3 yellow ring is made of pure gold. |
