Radiata (also known as narrow leaved peppermint) is a milder scent and different.s Typically used for the same purpose, but Radiata is safe for children. I believe Globulus beats Radiata in a head to head when looking at all the good stuff such as the 1.8 cineol. This is kind of like its medicinal value. Some sites say they have the same, but that is typically not true. Globulus usually is approx 10% higher (but both are close). This is one of the reasons radiata is used on children instead of globulus. Globulus has been in the spotlight for a long time and therefore has been harvested on a much larger scale. Question: Can anyone tell me the percentage of arnica in this? I’m aware arnica isn’t the 1st ingre. Need to know if it’ll help or it’s just a nice massage oil
Answer: I didn’t find anything particularly healing about this oil. It is a nice massage or body oil though. I use it daily.

Answer: I've only used it for cramps. Try Lavender for headache. I tis also used for hormone balance or use peppermint for nausea

Answer: It helps with stress and uptight feeling as in women's time or post menopause symptoms

Answer: Doterra recently changed the name to clary calm. It is the same exact product.
Question: How do you use this for hormonal balance
Answer: I roll mine directly across my lower stomach or on arch of foot in daytime. I only have ovaries(no uterus) but it helps to balance me and not feel moody. If your head hurts a lot...try Past Tense...it has wintergreen and peppermint in it so don't go too close to your eyes. I put some on cotton ball and rub on my temples.
