Answer:	Well the shampoo bar I purchased is purple, the conditioner bar I got is not purple, it’s actually cream colored. So I’m not sure. My conditioner bar was also a little bit smaller than the shampoo bar so maybe in that way you could tell. They smell a little different too. But again, mine is creamy.

Answer:	This shampoo and conditioner are not meant to lighten the hair. What it is supposed to be used for is people that already have very light blonde hair and want to remove the yellow color from it, it helps remove the oxidization from the hair and keep it from turning yellowish.

Answer:	This is the best stuff I've ever used on my very dark brown hair (part Hispanic). Another dark haired woman turned me onto this stuff about 20 years ago, when it was new and expensive. I paid about $18 for each bottle back in 2000. Yep, that's how much I like it. My hair is very dry, and I can onto wash it every week or two, which sucked because we owned a pool, and I couldn't get my hair wet with that water. This stuff was great, and allowed me to get into the pool with the kids without worrying about whether my hair would stark literally breaking off. Hope it does the same for you.
