Answer: Unfortunately, this product is not listed to control chinch bugs. We do have a Carpenter Ant & Termite Killer Plus spray that will control the pests or also our Complete insect Killer for soil & Turf. Question: Does it tell you where to buy extra pads and if so how much are they
Answer: The product does become rain proof once allowed to dry but we do recommend applying when rain is not expected for 24 hours to ensure adequate dry time. You may apply every two weeks as needed to control listed pests.
Question: Where do I get a better instruction manual
Answer: I looked at the jug and although it lists lesser mealworms, I did not see mealybugs listed, although I am not familiar with mealy bug and mealworms might be what they list them as. That being said, I have yet to see anything that this spray won't take care of. It has to be one of the best pest control I have used.
