Question:	Is filling kept evenly dispersed by being sewn into multiple chambers? Or is there just single chamber that allows filling to flow to one side? Thx
Answer:	The filling is not sewn in chambers. I do not find it is a problem when I use it. I have several of them and really like them.
Question:	Does this come with any kind of a carry case, please
Answer:	It doesn't really have a "carry" case, although it does have an outer layer (that could be removed if one wanted to) and an inner layer. I suppose that someone might want to remove the outer layer for cleaning sometime. But, no, no "case" that you'd carry the Bucky around in.
Question:	Can you add or remove buckwheat filling to the wrap
Answer:	The buckwheat bag is sealed. I suppose you could cut it open and add some and sew shut again if you really needed to add or removed.
Question:	How long is it cold
Answer:	I've never used it cold. It stays hot for 5-10 minutes and warm for another 20.

Answer:	I don't have a zipper on mine. The cover has a flap in the middle that holds the wrap inside.

Question:	What does it smell like? We used to have one that would smell like vanilla when heated
Answer:	Ok maybe I am really sensitive, but this thing smelled horrible! It made my entire house smell like burnt popcorn 😐. Only used it for about a month and just couldn’t do it anymore.

Answer:	Not sure what you're referring to. You can remove the outer cover and wash it. As long as you don't immerse the entire thing in water or spill anything on it, it should last a good long time (like at least a couple of years). Don't overheat it or you'll burn the buckwheat inside and then it'll always smell a bit burnt.

Answer:	I apologize that I don't have the exact measurements as I don't have it with me. My estimation is that it is at least 1 1/2 feet long and I believe 6 1/2 inches wide. I hope that helps.

Answer:	I received my eye mask yesterday and microwaved it on high. The microwave began sparking within a few seconds! I tried several more times, and it kept sparking. When I lowered the microwave to a lower heat setting (6-7 rather than 10), it heated without sparking. I read the instructions several times and they didn’t mention removing the cover first.

Answer:	Yes.. they can get very hot.. the longer you heat in the microwave the hotter they get. I start my neck wrap at 2 minutes.. but try 2 1/2 and go up 30 secs until you find what you can stand... but be careful as you could burn yourself... your skin can get red after long. but we reheat again and again... many many uses we love ours!

Question:	Is the compact, smaller one big enough to cover a hand and wrist
Answer:	Absolutely... I prefer the compact wrap overall as with the body wrap the buckwheat seeds tend to gather at either ends dispersing the heat/cold... The compact size measures 10" x 8" making it just perfect for hands, back, neck and feet on a chilly night!!! Honestly I can't keep enough of them in the house! Our nightly routine is to grab a Bucky just before getting into bed and putting it under the covers guaranteeing a nice warm bed!!! Always be careful not to heat them for too long (three mins. max for the compact size) as when those seeds burn the wrap really has to be thrown out.Enjoy!

Answer:	Yes. It is very moist heat. Maybe even more moist than my experince with rice packs.
Question:	How long does the heat last? I use it as a bed warmer the one I'm replacing lasted about 8 hours
Answer:	We only use the compact wrap to relieve achy muscles not to heat the bed. It will not stay warm for 8 hrs. to keep bed warm. After heating in microwave will stay warm for aprox. one half hr. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I did not detect any odor. Be sure and ready the directions for the microwave and do not heat it longer than recommended.

Answer:	Yes that is correct. I find that they all have covers on them and they can not be microwaved. Take the cover off and heat the pad and then put the cover on to protect your body The covers are usually flimsy and probably would melt if you put it in the microwave
Question:	Can this be rolled up into a neck roll
Answer:	Yes, you can roll it into a neck roll. If you roll it from the long side it will roll into the thickness of about a softball. If you roll it from the short side it is pretty thick but supports the base of your neck nicely . The nice thing is that the buckwheat moves around the case freely so you can adjust the wrap pretty nice.

Answer:	My Mother is 89, about4’7”, and 105 #. From my experience, with her arthritis inhibiting her ability to raise her arms enough to remove most things from the microwave above her stove, she cannot heat and remove this pad. IF the micro were at counter height she would be able. The pad is heavy, so again with her arthritis, she cannot put the shoulder wrap on by herself. But when we put it in place for her, she is able to wear it comfortably for at least 30 minutes before the weight annoys her. It always gets an “ahhhhh” response!

Answer:	Hello Happyguy...Turn your hood towards the back so that you can see the neck of the dryer...You will see two plastic joints looking like the letter "T" located at the top of the neck and right below the hood; hold the dryer handle with one hand and push down on the "T" and your dryer should collapse. The only difference is there is a blue button on the front of mine beneath the Gold N Hot lettering on the one pictured that allows me to push it and maneuver the hood to set it to the height that I want the hood to go. I'm not sure if what looks like a white button in that same area on the one pictured would allow you to do the same thing. The blue button on mine is much wider and the same color as the handle on the top. Hope that helped.

Answer:	Just put it into the microwave. I usually warm it fo 60 second and then take it out and shake it. Then put it back into the microwave and repeat this until it feels the temperature that you desire. Please note that each microwave is different so start out with 30 seconds until you get an idea how your microwave heats. I have purchased Bucky products for over 20 years. They are awesome and will last forever.
