User questions & answers

Question:	How to request stations that are missing
Answer:	The new radios play all the content as the old ones and more. If there is any station you listened to on the old radios that you can’t find on the new ones, contact Grace and they will assist you as some stations have moved either under internet radio or into the audio services folder.
Question:	Does it run streaming services natively? Pandora, iHeartRadio, spotify
Answer:	You currently cannot set presets on the app. You can set presets on the radio or via the included infra red remote control app. The presets are above the large knob . There are 10 presets. 1-5 then you press shift and the 5 buttons are preset 6-10. i.e. if you look a the close up image you will see P1 - P10 with P being short for preset. The 5 keys under the display are soft keys which means they change definition depending on the menu. They are typically to fast forward and rewind or skip / pause content but have other uses as well. The definition of what they do show up on the display above the buttons when there is a function associated with them. You can also register the radio to the Grace web portal where you can create a My stuff folder to save unlimited number of stations onto the radio.
Question:	How specific is the search function menu? For example, can you search for a specific progressive talk show host
Answer:	I chatted with Grace Digital earlier this week and they said "probably by next week" being the week of Feb 8. I'm less than optimistic of their prediction, considering the the Pandora roll-out for the Grace Link has been pushed multiple times since October of 2020. I'm sure it'll happen sooner or later---we're probably close.
Question:	Does it play fm hd radio in USA
Answer:	There is no built in speaker, it’s a tuner to connect the internet to a stereo or powered speakers. Grace makes other models with built in speakers like the Grace Mondo Elite Classic. So yes, you can hook speakers to it but they need to be powered speakers.
