I became disgusted with the poor quality of the Chinese-made Chillow (they were far better quality when produced in the US) and found that they rarely lasted more than 2 months before they started to leak. I stopped using these over a year ago and switched to another solution. I suggest that you return the product and look for another option.

Answer:	Mine is definitely a greenish tone, closer to a muted pastel color. It's possible they've changed their dye lots because this photo is very gray looking, so I can only refer to what I got which is very muted but definitely not gray.
