Answer:	About 45 days on my honda. I drive about 100 miles each day, and it stands up pretty well through all the highway miles. To re-apply the polish and re-seal takes about 15 mins, and their luster came right back!
Question:	how many uses can i get out of this kit
Answer:	I found that the 1st two sanding discs loaded up quickly with the plastic and actually marked the lens . I tried an alternate approach for the first 2 discs and used toothpaste generously and a 1 1/2 inch rotary brush on my drill. Toothpaste is a mild abrasive compound . This worked fantastic and I finished up with the 3000 grit disc and the wax. There was no wear on the 3000 grit disc so you could do many many lights using this method. Just have to buy the rotary brush . I had one from a previous Amazon purchase.

Question:	Does this require drill machine ? Can I do the rubbing process with my hands
Answer:	You can polish the lens by hand if it is not severely damaged like mine was. I tried to do it by hand at first, but after about 20 minutes and a sore hand, I realized that the lens was too far gone. I used an orbital sander with very fine wet or dry sandpaper (600 grit) and kept it wet with the lubricant supplied. It worked much faster and the results were much more satisfactory. Once most of the oxidation was removed and the lens appeared somewhat clear, I resorted to manual method as recommended on the kit. The lens appeared quite clear following that treatment. To complete the job, I used an electric buffer, placing the polishing compound on the pad. The lens polished up clear as new in a few minutes, but it does make a mess. You can also do that manually also but it is much easier to use the buffer. Once I applied the two coats of sealer, the lens looked brand new.
Question:	Is there anyway to only buy only the sealer? The single pack sealer kind of dry up before using on my 2nd headlight. Now 1 is clear while other hazy

Answer:	There is a life time warranty that comes with the Sylvania kit if your headlights become foggy again, only if you register online. I also noticed it shows whats in the box, whereas Turtle Wax does not. Sylvania kit has more cloths to use, and Turtle Wax has small scratch/buff pads. It still worked great for such a bargain.

Answer:	if you do it manually . it will cost a little longer time , Process takes about 30 minutes.. Suggest yo use it with a cordless drill, make job easier. There is enough pads and polishing materials to do both headlights. you can reuse the polishing pads again and again . if you finish the cleaning liquid , just use your cleaning wax or other cleanner to clean it

The 3 lowest grit discs are scrubbing pads of different coarseness, not sandpaper. The other discs are sandpaper with multiple copies of the grits. Some of the grits are so fine (10,000) you don't need them.

Answer:	No don’t use compound of the pad. First use the rough pad 400, spray water, wipe with rugs , next 600, spray wipe rugs next 1000 spray water wipe with rugs until very clear spray the coating two times.

Answer:	I wet sand with 1000 grit and then 3000 grit by hand and then follow by polishing with a 3” pad by drill with polishing compound. Then I use the product for final finish and protection.

Answer:	Hello George. The lens does not have to be sanded, however for best adhesion of the coating to the lens, it should be sanded with the P3000 grit sanding disc that comes with the kit.

Answer:	It all depends on how much sunlight hits your headlights, I did mine several months ago, the side where the afternoon sun hits the light looks dull already where the other side still looks good.

Answer:	I purchased 2 kits and had enough materials to easily do all 3 vehicles; probably could have done a 4th.It has been about 18 months since I did the first, and it still looks great.The final step, the Clear Coat, will harden in the opened bottle over time.I suggest using up the entire kit within 2-4 months.
Question:	Should you apply this product indoors or in the shade
Answer:	It says to either apply in the shade or in an enclosed area. I applied it outside on an over cast day. An hour after I applied it the Sun came out. Two hours after that it rained. The application survived and I haven't had any problems even though my conditions were not advisable.
Question:	How long do the results last
Answer:	While this kit did an excellent job of restoring my headlights, it took me about an hour to do each side as I tend to be very meticulous when maintaining my vehicle. I took extra care to ensure the product was applied as designed and that application process achieved excellent results. However, my lenses started losing the clear coat finish after about 12 months. My vehicle is garaged kept 7x24 (with climate control) and only driven about 6,000 miles per year.

Answer:	If u are looking to restore black trim there is nothing better than solution finish... as a dressing or semi permanent restoration, this is fine.... For just enhancement, vrp is fine

Answer:	Worth is in the eyes of the beholder. I am kinda picky when it comes to appearance and this stuff satisfied my expectations. The interior panels look as good as new.
Question:	Will this work on our 2010 original dodge charger pillars. It will save a lil money if it will restore the black in them
Answer:	I used it on the plastic edging and grill on my 2002 Audi TT (was white and powdery from age/sun exposure) and it went basically back to looking new. If you are using it on a big surface (ie not just edges), I'd recommend being very generous in your application and maybe get 2 bottles. Also, wash and dry the surface before you apply the stuff. If the pillars are plastic/vinyl and not polished and have that white powdery look from age, it will probably work. It doesn't work like paint though, so if you have peeling paint or something, this won't bring back that color. It's more for aged plastic/vinyl parts.

• Shake product well.

• If deep cleaning is needed, clean non-painted vinyl, rubber and plastic surfaces with product like Meguiar’s M39 Mirror Glaze Heavy Duty Vinyl Cleaner. 1:Wet the sanding disc and attach it to the backer pad.

2:Use the sanding discs from coarse to fine: P800--> P1200--P2000 to completely remove the heavy yellowing, fading, and corrosion

Polish

1:Attach the orange sponge disc to the backer pad and apply the polish paste.

2:Polish the lens until the shine is restored to its original condition

3:If polishing by hand, polish with no less than 200 strokes in a circular, clockwise motion.

Clean and Coat

1 :Clean the headlight lens and make sure the lens is dry before continuing next step.

2 :Apply a layer of the protective liquid on the surface of the lens.wait for 15 minutes, (make sure the lens are not unde sunlight)
