It does however contain M&M candies and the raisins are sweet too. My husband is diabetic and can not have the M&M's or the raisins. I don't have the bag left, but I don't remember this mix stating that it is a "healthy" choice for snacking. Unfortunately, I am so addicted to this Signature Trail Mix that I find it hard to quite munching on it. I will be adding this to my next order again.
