Answer:	You could do this. As long as the paper isn't metallic it should not interfere with the pen communication. Note that by default your tablet will map to your overall desktop, this may result in a different aspect ration when drawing on the tablet if tracing. There are options in the Wacom Tablet Properties however which allow you to adjust your tablet active area to match whatever workflow you would like. With that said, the core of it is really that you are using an Input device (Like your mouse, Trackpad, Keyboard, etc for example), you can navigate by controlling your cursor and perform the same actions you can with your mouse, but just at a whole different level of interaction with features such as Pen pressure, tilt, etc. Now that said, have in mind that what you want to do with the tablet will depend on the software that you want to use with it, and there are many out there you can use for animation. Answer:	I haven't tested this tablet with Smart Notebook, but I used a Monoprice tablet that was a few years old with Smart Notebook version 18 without any problems. There is a learning curve to writing or writing equations with a tablet. I'm looking at buying this one for something smaller.

Answer:	To the best of my knowledge this set only comes with the US adapter, as stated in the description. I believe you would have to order the adapter set for EU use. One other alternative would be to go to Huion's website and order the standard monitor with the EU plug included. This may be an inconvenience for you but I believe it will be worth your efforts to get this monitor despite the inconvenience. It is a really good drawing monitor and at a nice price too! Question:	Do you need to attach the one with a screen to a computer
Answer:	These stands hold one pair of earrings on each stand. Although, if you have the right tool to pierce holes, they could hold two pairs very effectively. I've yet to try this!
Question:	Does this work as a stand-alone drawing tablet
