Answer:	Expiration dates are stamped on the back towards the lower part of the package (under the clear opening to view product). BEWARE of this when you get your shipment! I ordered 2 packages and immediately opened mine to have some without checking the date and the stale odor hit me in the face!! Just received 01/25/2021 and the Best By date is: 05/12/2021. Still a little time left doesn't necessarily mean they will still taste good!!!!

Answer:	I just purchased 4 lbs of apricots from Costco and when I weighed 2 lbs of them it was just over 4 cups. The ones from Anna and Sarah would be just about the same weight. I thought the Anna and Sarah apricots were moist, but the ones from Costco are even more moist. The Sunsweet Brand from Amazon is exactly the same as the ones I purchased from Costco and the price for 4 lbs is just about the same price as Sunsweet Brand and weigh 4 lbs. So I would highly recommend the Sunsweet brand of 4 lbs from Amazon for just over $14 plus you can get them under PRIME if you have it so there would be no shipping. Costco has the dried plums (actually prunes) which also very good. Some of their items are limited to when they are in season. Can't go wrong with AMAZON PRIME. I'll buy my apricots from AMAZON PRIME the next time I need some. Good luck and enjoy!

Answer:	Yes. To be saf ere ly conscious- If you have potential nut allergy please * check with your Dr. before ordering these incredibly yummy natural Apricots. * Perhaps someone in your family or coworker would know to enjoy a pkg? They are highest quality apricots, yummiest. I've bought them for endless years- soft, easy to chew with incredible taste.

Answer:	I can't answer that, since I am only a customer of the company and I buy the product. I have no way of knowing what they mean by "natural flavors." Perhaps you need to contact the manufacturer/grower of the fruits.
Question:	How fresh are the apricots
Answer:	Hard to tell how fresh they are since dried apricots are never the same as fresh apricots. However, I like them more than most dried apricots because of the soft center that adds more flavor than California dried apricots. They taste fresh...not stale...if that helps.

Sweet Sun-Dried, Ultimate Apricots Harvested in the Golden Mediterranean Sun

It takes the best fresh fruit to produce quality dried fruit products. Which is why Mariani insists on close personal contact with growers throughout the year.

In the Orchards, we make sure harvesting is conducted only after the sun-ripened fruit has reached maximum maturity. We have maintained long-standing relationships with our growers for over 50 years.

Directions

Prep time: 20 minutes Cook/Stand time: 55 minutes Chill time: 1 hour Serves: 8

1. Bring stock to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add rice and return to a boil; reduce heat and cook grains according to package directions. Let stand for 5 minutes then fluff with a fork. Let cool then transfer to a large bowl.
2. Whisk together all dressing ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour over grains and toss well to coat. Stir in dried fruit, onions and walnuts.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour for flavors to blend. May be prepared 2 days ahead and stored tightly covered in the refrigerator.

Recipe variations: Quinoa: Cook 1 cup quinoa in 1 1/2 cups stock for 12 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes then fluff with a fork. (Gluten Free) Freekeh: Cook 1 cup freekeh in 2 cups stock according to package directions. Let stand for 5 minutes then fluff with a fork. Rice Blends: Cook wild rice blends according to package directions. Let stand for 5 minutes then fluff with a fork. (Gluten Free)

Answer:	I use these in my granola, but I don’t see why not. They’re firm enough to hold up well in baking. They’re also between 1/2” and 3/4” in size which makes them perfect for cutting up. They have a lot of flavor as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to use these in baking.

Answer:	No, the dried apples in the mix contain sodium sulfite. The mix also contains sulphuric dioxide and artificial colors.

Question:	Is this product gluten free? i ordered some and just received it. is the flour used gluten free? if not i need to return it
Answer:	Yes I believe they are gluten-free. But we were ordering this product. The first time I ordered the product it came with no problems at all. The second time I ordered the product I never received it three weeks later I still hadn’t received it. There was no one to get a hold of to find out what happened. So I called Amazon Amazon said it had been delivered and I said it had not they need to check. Upon checking Amazon found out the item was never delivered or never shipped. By that time I had to go to the store and pick up some. From what I can see I have yet to get my refund…
