Answer:	Zoom in on the label in the first picture. It lists the ingredients including hydrolyzed corn protein (made by boiling corn in hydrochloric acid and then neutralizing the solution with sodium hydroxide), monosodium glutamate, potassium sorbate, sodium erythorbate and sodium nitrite. Yuck.

Answer:	There are about 80-90 silver dollar size pieces. I thought that was pretty good and have reordered. My last batch was soft and chewable like it was really fresh.

Answer:	The 20 are all the same size. You get 20. Price is really good compared to buying locally here where they are $1.79 each or $35.80 for 20. Plus no way to get an exact poundage unless they weighed each bottle which us not feasible. They are really good and price is good also. Problem is that I have to share little bits with my 2 dogs. Just unscrew the top, and they come running! They love them too!

Answer:	Unfortunately, I can't really answer that easily. Since it is natural jerky, there is a lot of variation to the sizes and shapes of the pieces. There were many pieces in the 1 pound bag I bought, but some individual pieces might be as large as 4-6 other pieces combined. For an event where you want everyone to get approximately equal amounts, you may want a different product. I believe this company also sells beef sticks that may be more predictable, but I have not purchased them yet.

Answer:	Moldy upon opening for me. Hard Times jerky is the best I’ve found for TRUE, old-style jerky.

Answer:	There is NO monosodium glutemate (MSG) in this ingredient list. Under USDA guidelines, MSG would have be labelled outside of natural spices. The natural spices in this recipe include things like garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, etc.
