Answer:	I'm not sure what you mean. Yes, it's sticky when you apply it, but it soaks into the hoof sole and also the horse will 'wear' it off as he walks. Especially in his stall w/shavings or hay. I apply it after he's been trimmed by the farrier, to his solae and frog area, then I have him stand in the barn aisle (we have rubber mats in our aisle-way) for about 20 mins to give it some time to soak in.
