Granted, sugar could make it more palatable for some. Then again isn't that essentially the sole reason why people add it to their drinks. Either way, you've got yourself something good. I personally like to add another bag of green tea with it. For me, that makes the taste a little complex and pleasurable. If you're over 35, I'd say: Try not to add the sugar. We've been spoiled too much. And at that age and over (in my opinion), a gram of sugar's effect on the body is multiplied by 5. And that effect is usually NOT good! Thanks |
