Answer:	I just purchased 4 lbs of apricots from Costco and when I weighed 2 lbs of them it was just over 4 cups. The ones from Anna and Sarah would be just about the same weight. I thought the Anna and Sarah apricots were moist, but the ones from Costco are even more moist. The Sunsweet Brand from Amazon is exactly the same as the ones I purchased from Costco and the price for 4 lbs is just about the same price as Sunsweet Brand and weigh 4 lbs. So I would highly recommend the Sunsweet brand of 4 lbs from Amazon for just over $14 plus you can get them under PRIME if you have it so there would be no shipping. Costco has the dried plums (actually prunes) which also very good. Some of their items are limited to when they are in season. Can't go wrong with AMAZON PRIME. I'll buy my apricots from AMAZON PRIME the next time I need some. Good luck and enjoy!

Answer:	Hello, we do have a COA on our product, however, it does not show specific percentages. We do test for contaminants such as yeast, mold, salmonella, coliform, etc. I can tell you that our mushrooms are grown on Organic brown rice which the spores use as food. As the mushrooms grow, the brown rice is depleted and becomes part of the mycelium. Both the fruiting body and mycelium are used. We use no fillers or granulating agents. Below is information regarding Mycelium and the Fruiting Body from our grower who holds Master’s Degrees in Mycology, Botany, and Biology "There are thousands of research papers on the healing aspects of both mycelium and fruiting body.
