Answer:	Do not add water. I typically use the entire bottle with chicken or shrimp. I also add spinach and onion into the sauce with cilantro but it doesn't need it. The longer is simmers, the better the flavor.

Answer:	I was the one who cooks tofu in the sauce. I use extra firm and just put it in raw. When I was using firm, I pan fried the tofu in cubes or pieces for just a couple minutes first. If you don't do something to remove the water from softer tofus, the longer you have to simmer to evaporate the extra water that was in the tofu.

1. In 10-inch skillet place Seeds Of Change Taco Roasted Chipotle Simmer Sauce and shredded chicken.

2. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through (4 to 5 minutes).

3. Heat Seeds Of Change Brown & Red Rice with Chia & Kale according to package directions.
