1. Bring 4 - 6 quarts of water to a rolling boil, add salt to taste.

3. Return to a boil. For authentic ‘al dente’ pasta, boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for 11 minutes. For more tender pasta, boil an additional 1 minute.
4. Remove from heat. Drain well.
5. Serve immediately with your favorite Barilla sauce.

1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
2. Add oil and onions to a medium saute pan and heat over medium-high heat.
3. Saute for 3 minutes or until onions are soft.
4. Add cherry tomatoes to skillet.
5. Saute tomatoes for another 3 minutes until skins are blistered and flesh is heated through; season with salt and pepper.
6. Meanwhile, cook Mini Farfalle according to directions on the package.
7. Remove sauce from heat, puree 1/3 of sauce in a blender on high, for 2 minutes.
8. Return the puree to saute pan.
9. Drain and toss pasta with sauce.
10. Finish with basil and mozzarella cheese.

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
2. Heat Barilla Three Cheese Sauce and cream in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Simmer for two minutes, stirring occasionally.
