| Answer: | We made our own from olive oil, red wine etc. An internet recipe with my own innovations. But again, I don't think you need it if you refrigerate & consume within a reasonable time. I do recommend refrigeration. I had one repackaged container of these develop some small patches of mold whilewe were on an extended vacation. But that took 8 Wks. So usually - no worries - and they're so good, we continue to buy.
