Answer:	In doing my research I see that Honey can only be called “raw” if it has not been processed, super filtered or heated. But remember, beekeepers do need to strain out huge pieces of wax. Letting the honey drip through a sieve under no pressure does no harm. Madhava Organic Very Raw Unfiltered Honey is Genuine, Premium Raw Manuka Honey. Some people feel that if they don't see the word "raw" on the label than its not, because true Natural: Raw honey is direct and unfermented honey that hasn’t been pasteurized or processed in factories in any way. Genuine, Premium Raw Manuka Honey is one of the cleanest and has no lead and no pesticides and a very good quality. I don't see anywhere on the packaging or their website where heat is used. You may want to contact them directly on their website for more information, however I believe it is raw.
