Answer:	Hello, Thank you for your interest in our products, we appreciate it. It is important to note that the UMF Honey Association is a trade association made of voluntary paid membership, and is not a regulatory authority in New Zealand. As a trade association, they have their own honey grading system that their members must follow. Both the UMF rating system and our KFactor system have been deemed compliant for use by the NZ regulatory authority. Because the rating systems are internal standards, comparison of the two is not a transparent exercise. The regulatory authority in New Zealand, the Ministry of Primary Industries, has recently released the regulatory definition of Manuka honey, which will come into law from 5 February 2018. This is the result of many years of scientific research to find stable markers that can be easily and quickly replicated in the laboratory environment. Unfortunately, pollen analysis was not included because this requires specialist knowledge to differentiate the pollen. However, they have included a DNA test to prove floral origin as an easily replicated laboratory test. The markers used by the UMF association of Leptosperin, Dihydroxyacetone (DHA), and Methylglyoxal (MGO) were not included into the regulatory definition due to stability and other issues undisclosed by the regulatory authority. The regulatory definition includes 4 chemical markers with varying threshold levels, and the DNA test. A sample must meet all 5 test standards to be considered (and labelled) as Manuka honey. Answer:	Yes. I have mine mounted in a similar way. There are plenty of Velcro flaps on the back that will allow you to cover the TV with the mounts. You will not actually be covering the mounts themselves, however, only the TV. But you really shouldn't have any problem. Keep in mind that you need enough room behind the TV to actually put on the cover and close the Velcro flaps. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I am not certain on that as I do take CBD oil once a day in the late afternoon. But I do feel better then I have in the last month. I do know that my oral hygiene has improved and no sore or receeding gums since I am using Manuka honey. I swear by it and its tasty too! I high recommend it. It may be a little pricey but certainly worth it.

Answer:	There's no need to refrigerate any of our products but it won't hurt much either. Cold temperatures help food stay fresh longer. The basic idea behind refrigeration is to slow down the activity of microbes (which all food contains) so that it takes longer for the bacteria to spoil the food. Our products are freeze-dried using a sublimation process to remove the moisture... this type of sublimation dehydration removes 98-99 percent of the moisture content. This leaves virtually no moisture; since microbes (viruses, bacteria, parasites etc) can't survive without moisture, this allows for an ultra pure product profile with a very long shelf life — of course, with no need for additives or preservatives. Studies have shown that freeze dried foods maintain their purity and nutritional value for up to 25 - 30 years! However, to better adhere to our small batch philosophy, we print an expiration date on the bottom of each bottle that is 3 years out from the date of encapsulation and bottling. Most refrigerators produce higher moisture inside than the outside environment. For this reason, we suggest storing our products in cool, dry area such as a cabinet or cupboard.

Answer:	Yes, it's totally fine to open the capsules! Many of our customers find success by mixing the powder with tomato, cherry or kimchi juice... spicy kimchi juice is my personal favorite. If you go with the cherry juice, you can buy the juice, or do what I do at home... I mix a few organic frozen cherries with raw local honey, spring water and desiccated organs, blend, gulp and wipe face. Everybody in the family seems to like this one! Answer:	Honey bees travel up to five miles and cover 28,000 acres. There is absolutely no way that anyone can guarantee honey as organic. It is raw if it was collected, filtered and bottled without heating. Honey being cloudy doesn't have anything to do with being raw.

Answer:	Honey does not need to be organic, but it definitely needs to be raw (unheated). Bees are very sensitive to pesticides and they wouldn't go near a flower or plant that has been treated with pesticides (I come from a beekeeper family of over 7 generations). In fact the smallest amount of the pesticide would kill the bees, so there is no way honey with pesticide in it would make it to the hive. Bees would be dead way before it reaches the hive. But do not buy the garbage that the stores sell. It is literally no better than processed sugar, maybe even worst. Always, always buy "RAW" honey. If raw and in moderation should be good for health. Taste wise raw sage is great and light, orange blossom is flavorful but great taste, star thistle distinctive aromatic and tasteful also. As far as best for health (in general not specific conditions) is mountain honey ideally cultivated/collected mid to late summer (i.e. dry season). Of course Raw Manuka honey is best but I don't thing quality and health benefits justifies a 10/1 price ratio to other raw honey. For example it is my opinion that RAW wild mountain flower honey from dry areas(i.e. Arizona, California, Nevada) is nearly as good health wise as Manuka honey yet at 10-20% of the price.
