You have to exercise and eat healthy! this product is part of a healthy eating plan and yes it will assist you to lose weight if you are also willing to put in the effort. Answer:	Look I don't like sweet drinks myself. I really like this protein mix because the sweetness is very subtle.. just enough so that it's not bitter. I've tried many protein shakes.. and I have to admit this is one of the best I've tried. It's not powdery, chalky, sweet, or too thick . The vanilla flavor is not over powering either. If I had to compare it to anything, I'd have to say that it tastes like almond milk with a hint of vanilla. It's smooth, but with a slight nutty flavor. It's one of the best tasting protein shakes I've had.. I've been taking it after the gym in the AM as a replacement for breakfast.. and I like how I stay satisfied for at least 3 hours. Not sure if this is TMI but I love how it makes me go to the bathroom more regularly. I'm assuming it's because of the flaxseed. Overall, I tried this because a friend of mine recommended it and I actually think this will be my go to protein shake moving forward. I think you should give it a try! If you like almond milk, you'll like this for sure!

Answer:	If oil is listed in the ingredients, it means the sunflower seeds are fried in oil. Roasting used to mean roasted dry in an oven.

Answer:	You are absolutely correct. They are $1.00 in my Trader Joe's in MD. I like a fool purchased this bag for almost $8.00. I thought it was for 2 bags. That's still highway robbery. I started to cancel the order, but didn't feel like driving to get them. I Won't do this again. I didn't realize it until a day after I purchased them. I'm going to confirm they are the same size when thery arrive on Monday, March 39th. If so, Amazon got me good and I won't fo this again.

Answer:	It won't if you wipe it up with a kitchen towel after each wash and store it away. If you let the water sit in it to air dry, then it does rust at the bottom, edges and ridges (happened to my first pan).
