5 best organic wine

Organic soils, often referred to as organic garden soil or organic potting soil, are specially formulated soil mixes designed for gardening and horticultural purposes. These soils are enriched with organic matter, nutrients, and beneficial microorganisms to support plant growth and health. Here are some key points about organic soils:

  1. Organic Matter: Organic soils contain a high percentage of organic matter, which includes materials such as compost, peat moss, and well-rotted manure. This organic matter provides essential nutrients, improves soil structure, and enhances water retention.

  2. Nutrient-Rich: Organic soils are typically nutrient-rich, with essential plant nutrients like nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. Some may also include trace minerals to support plant growth.

  3. Microbial Life: Healthy organic soils contain a diverse community of beneficial microorganisms, including bacteria and fungi. These microbes contribute to nutrient cycling, disease suppression, and overall soil fertility.

  4. pH Balance: Organic soils are often pH-balanced to ensure that they fall within the optimal pH range for most plants. Proper pH is crucial for nutrient availability to plants.

  5. Aeration: Good organic soils are well-aerated, allowing for oxygen to reach plant roots. This promotes healthy root development and prevents soil compaction.

  6. Moisture Retention: The organic matter in these soils helps retain moisture, reducing the frequency of watering and promoting drought resistance in plants.

  7. Versatility: Organic soils come in various formulations for different gardening needs. There are blends suitable for indoor potted plants, raised beds, container gardening, vegetable gardens, flower beds, and more.

  8. Potting Mixes: Organic potting mixes are a type of organic soil designed for use in containers and pots. They provide the necessary support and nutrients for container plants.

  9. Sustainability: Organic soils often emphasize sustainable and eco-friendly practices. They may be sourced from responsibly managed and renewable resources.

  10. Chemical-Free: Organic soils are typically free from synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and genetically modified organisms (GMOs). This makes them a preferred choice for organic gardening.

  11. Certifications: Some organic soils may carry certifications like the USDA Organic seal, ensuring that they meet specific organic standards.

  12. Amendments: Gardeners can further enhance organic soils by adding organic soil amendments, such as compost, worm castings, or organic fertilizers, to tailor the soil to the specific needs of their plants.

Organic soils provide a fertile and environmentally friendly foundation for successful gardening and plant cultivation. They are particularly popular among organic gardeners who prioritize sustainable and chemical-free growing practices. When selecting an organic soil, consider the specific needs of your plants and the type of gardening you are undertaking to choose the right blend for your needs.

User questions & answers

Question: Is this vinegar lead-free or does it contain low amount that doesnt trigger prop 65 warning
Answer: If you mean lead free, there is no notification on the packaging and there is no notice on the web. If it is grown in the western hemisphere it is less likely to contain toxic lead than if it is grown in Asia or Africa. There is probably less lead in the powder than there is in each breath you take in a city. There is more lead in your unfiltered drinking water than in the powder.
Question: Is the bottle glass or plastic
Answer: On 4-3-18 Brad Harbach, the founder of FGO replied to my email this: "We have not completed testing of our most recent batch. Historically it has been ~2.5% curcumin".
Question: What is the nutritional information, and number of total polyphenols (mg/100 ml)? Thanks
Answer: The turmeric is imported from India. It is packaged and USDA certified in America.Live Healthy,-BradFounder, Feel Good Organics
Question: Photo shows red wine vinegar, but product description reads "unpasteurized apple cider vinegar." Which is it, please? Thanks
Answer: Hi Mitch... heat does affect the nutritional profile. A fat-soluble molecule, curcumin constitutes roughly 1 to 6 percent of turmeric’s dry weight. Curcumin is extremely sensitive to light, moisture, and heat. Roughly 85 percent is destroyed when turmeric is boiled for 15 to 30 minutes. Furthermore, it degrades rapidly (within 30 minutes or so) at a neutral pH. The rate of destruction increases sharply as the pH increases (becomes more alkaline). In laboratory situations, some proteins stabilize curcumin. Whether the same happens in the kitchen with proteins such as the albumin in milk has yet to be determined. Hope this helps ðŸ~
