Nothing about this was acceptable. Free advice, avoid the caramel brownie mug cakes as well. |

| Answer: | I had the same problem. It seemed mushy even after I added another 15 seconds so I added another 15 seconds and once I took it out it hardened and was slightly overcooked. I think adding another 15 seconds once should be enough even if it still looks soft. |
