Answer:	One box of mix and one can of frosting
Question:	Is the expiration date on the frosting boxes you've received a long time in the future
Answer:	There are different dates, but Amazon requires all perishable to be a minimum of 3 months out for expiration.

Answer:	2/3 cup water, 1 stick butter, 2 tsps Gluten Free Vanilla, 3 eggs. I have used non-dairy butter and it comes out just as well

Answer:	I haven't baked two cake mixes together in a 13X9 pan. One cake mix fills it up very nicely. But if you do that, I would put a pan underneath in case it runs over, and then turn the oven down 25 degrees from the suggested temperature. You will also need to add 10-15 minutes to the baking time and then text with a tooth pic to be sure the middle is done. Another signal for doneness is if the cake pulls away from the edges of the pan just a bit.

Question:	What is the expiry date on the 3 pack
Answer:	I am really not sure. The recipe is based on the old '50 & '60 recipe for boiled egg white frosting. When I ordered it from Pillsbury, it did say that Walmarts sometimes sold it. However, I have been unable to find it at any of the 3 Walmart locations near me. If it looks like the box on the left of this page, then you have the right product. You have to whip it between 5-7 minutes and it is delicious. If you make it when there is too much humidity, I add a tablespoon of marshmallow fluff to firm it up. I made it for my husband Gary's birthday and by the time I left the house and brought it out to the picnic table, it said Happy Birthday Gory, not Gary. It is so close to a marshmallow taste that you only enhance the flavor by adding some and save yourself some embarrassment. In my case no one could stop laughing.!
Question:	how can you make rollout cookies with this mix? (using gingerbread men/women cookie cutters
Answer:	The consistency comes out a lot like that marshmallow topping/fluff in a jar. I wouldn't think it would work well for decorating. The only things I have been able to use this frosting for are desserts that I keep in the pan and refrigerate and/or desserts that I just put dollops of it on the top right before serving. I think you would be better off just making a stiff, three ingredient confectioner sugar/powdered sugar frosting (sugar, water or skim milk, food coloring) and decorate with that, if you are looking to keep it fat-free.

Answer:	As a buyer of this product there is no way I can know the date of what the seller will send you. I can however say that in 71 yrs of life I have never had a boxed mix go bad on me.

Betty Crocker Fluffy White Frosting Mix 1/3 cup llight corn syrup 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup boiling water 1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar 1 cup chopped nuts (pecans) In large bowl of electric stand mixer,* beat frosting mix (dry), boiling water, corn syrup, and vanilla on low speed until blended. The exact date depends on the lot available when a customer orders.
