Question:	Do these work well in a call center enviromnment
Answer:	I cannot speak from experience but taking into account that call center agents require prolonged use of headsets, I would not say this is the most ideal equipment for that job. The ear piece can make your ears hot and sweaty after about an hour's use. -- But for those who only use it for periodic calls lasting probably 2 hours tops, this works great.
Question:	Anyone know of this will work on a call center phone
Answer:	I am a technical support help desk engineer and most of my day is spent on the phone with a client and a remote session. The great thing about this headset is that it isolates background noise so that you can hear very well what your client is saying and the volume is easily adjusted right from the earpiece. I have noticed however that if technicians that are close to me begin to speak loudly it is easily picked up in the boom mic but for the most part when everybody's in their own Cube call Clarity is perfect. I often review any voicemail I leave to make sure I am accurate and when I hear my voice the call Quality is the same as my single ear wired headset. It is also very convenient that my cell phone can be paired at the same time so that I can switch calls without removing the headset or having two different headsets
Question:	Is the mic directional
Answer:	There are actually two microphones. One does not require the boom to be attached. When the Boom is not attached, it tends to be more generalized audio in the room and can pick up other conversations, however, when the Boom Mic ( which includes a mute button as well ) is attached, it does a pretty good job picking up the user's voice specifically. I did notice that initially when the call starts, it is generalized however once you begin a conversation it tends to reduce background ambient noise significantly. The boom has a slight curve to it so that you can adjust it for the best directional sound. In the environment I work in, I find that if I curved the Boom in a downward Direction it tends to pick up my voice with the least amount of background noise
Question:	how long will the talk time last if stuck on conference calls all day
Answer:	I love these. I do conference calls all day long 5 days a week. I have no issues with talk time where the calls last an hour each. I do put it back on the base after each call as well. Clarity is awesome, speaking is clear. I have bought at least 20 different ones to find the best one for the massive conference calls I do and hands down this is the best one yet
