Answer:	Is not that canola is not keto friendly. Is that it is known to cause inflammation. Keto does not have a specific definition as to what is or not keto. As long as something keeps you in ketosis is valid, however is not favorable for anybody. But you learn soon in Keto that you cannot have it all. Canola oil is used because it is way cheaper than avocado oil. I would have a bigger problem with the molasses in the ingredient list but is trivial so if you don't go crazy with the dressing, or you are completely clean keto or rich Lol is ok occasionally -- The Keto Chop

Question:	If I received my order yesterday which was Dec 5 and the bottle said sell by 11/19/19 is this still good
Answer:	If you got 2 bottles, I'd return it depending on how fast you can use up 2 bottles. By the time I would get around to using the second bottle, it would be waaaay past the useable date. I don't adhere strictly to those "use by" dates but they are to be used as a general guide. One bottle - I'd keep. two bottles - I'd return all. Chances are the seller won't want them back and he'll just ask you to "throw them away", which of course, is your option.

Ingredients

~3 lbs raw boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut in large chunks

~2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced

~1 (8 oz) bottle Ken's Steak House Creamy Caesar Dressing

~4 ounces Neufchatel cheese (low-fat cream cheese)

~1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup (Low Sodium if you like)

~8 oz part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded



Pour bottle of Caesar dressing into crock pot.

Add chicken breast chunks and mushrooms, stir to coat, cover.

Cook on high for about 4 1/2 hours.

(There will be lots of liquid in crock pot at this point and you may remove about one cup of it if a thicker consistency is desired, but the next few ingredients will thicken it rather nicely.)

In bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup and softened cream cheese.

Stir soup/cream cheese mixture into chicken in crock pot gently.

Add mozzarella cheese, stir gently.

Cook another 1/2 hour until cheese is melted and mixture is hot.
