Answer:	The oil is refined, according to the tech sheet I received from snappypopcorn.com. It's also bleached and deodorized. I don't know what those terms mean.

Answer:	Used to come w recipe. Mine is based on it and follows: med head cabbage, shredded, washed, dried. Large onion diced. 1 carrot sliced thinly. 1/4 C Durkee mixed w 3/4 C Mayo. Mix all. Add parsley flakes, pepper, garlic powder to taste. Refrig and stir a few times till cabbage softens. Enjoy!

Answer:	Yes it seals the edges. However, the problem I’ve run into is having slices of bread that is large enough to accommodate the cutter. Most store bought loaves are too small, and it doesn’t seal on the crust very well.
