Root Ginger Organic, 1 Each

  • Whole Foods Market is known for its incredible selection of high-quality produce, including loads of organic and Whole Trade choices
  • All fruits and vegetables are labeled with place of origin
  • Whole Foods Market is the first and only certified organic national grocery store. The USDA National Organic Program doesn’t require an organic certification for retailers who sell organic products, but we go the extra mile to have our stores certified, which requires all stores to be third-party audited for specific traceability and handling measures.

User questions & answers

Question: What is the country of origin
Answer: SouthEast Asia
Question: I need one lb of ginger but I couldn’t add the quantity in here how could I add
Answer: One pound is about 5-6 pieces. They will adjust the price for the exact weight after you order.
Question: should I store my ginger in the fridge
Answer: I find the moisture from fresh ginger can cause it to mold when kept in a sealed bag in the fridge (if stored for a long time). I have had no problem storing ginger without a bag or container in the fridge or on the counter. It will shrivel after a couple weeks on the counter.
Question: Can i put a little ginger in my bottled water
Answer: A peeled, small amount would be as suitable in water as it is to cook with.

Answer: I was concerned about the "proper" preparation of this tea using Keurig technology. I was pleasantly surprised. Whereas I enjoy the ritual of preparing tea the traditional way, the Keurig method delivers a nice cup of tea in half the time.
Question: How order groceries with signing up for fresg prime
Answer: Yes, it fits the regular keurig machine. Not sure about the "view" machine or the new one with the carafe.
Question: What is the country of origin
Answer: This is my second order of this tea. So far I have not had a problem with my 2.0 brewer. Hopefully they don't make any changes to the K cups.
Question: What Does It Taste Like
Answer: I just purchased a box of the Chai Latte in a Keurig 575 (a 2.0 machine) worked fine. This was in August.

User questions & answers

Question: How many cans are in one order of the Muir 24.5 fire roasted crushed tomatoes
Answer: The description notes BOX CONTAINS: 12 cans, 14.5 oz each
Question: What exactly does "fire roasted" mean? are they carmalized
Answer: Not carmelized. They are roasted, as opposed to dried or sun-dried, much more moist. It simply gives them a more intense flavor, which usually makes it unnecessary to use tomato paste. I use them for making marinara, pizza sauce, most anywhere that I would use canned tomatoes. I find the crushed the most versatile. They are packed in puree, while the diced are packed in juice. They are my go-to when I can't get San Marzano tomatoes from Italy.
Question: Is the can BPA free
Answer: yes
Question: How many 14.5 and in an order of Muir crushed fire roasted tomatoes
Answer: BOX CONTAINS: 12 cans, 14.5 oz each
