Answer:	Is this a joke? Trick question? The number per case is there with the add. How would one know how to order if that information was not available where you locate the product when are shopping?

Answer:	A: Good question. Our cats, who loved this food have suddenly been getting sick from it and other people are saying the same thing! The box and description say it is made in the USA, but their customer service says some ingredients come from vendors in other countries. The green tea extract and vitamin B originate in China. Some of the exotic meats come from places like Chile, Australia, and New Zealand. The turkey comes from North America. They usually try to get it from as close as possible to their manufacturing facility in Andover, MA. We noticed that the only flavor we buy (minced turkey) which may be more expensive to make because there is no chicken in it, stopped being available in the summer. Now it is available again, but our cats don’t like it anymore. They have been vomiting, having diarrhea, and refusing to eat. In my opinion, it sounds like a possibility that the turkey source changed or maybe something happened with the Chinese ingredients when the tariffs started causing trade problems. (Various kinds of products coming from Chinese vendors were outsourced to different places throughout Asia, for example.) Most pet foods do outsource their vitamin mixes, so Wellness is not unique. However, I won’t be buying this product anymore.

Answer:	It doesn't say so on the can. Curious isn't it? It does say that it's wild caught. But that doesn't mean what it used to, with the oceans these days. What I CAN tell you definitively, is that it's some of the BEST tasting tuna around. Very flavorful. It IS packed by Chicken of the Sea International. That sort of disappointed me. But the flavor doesn't let me down.

The label indicates that it is premium yellowfin tuna "packed in the Mediterranean tradition . . .", and a small seal indicating that it is wild caught and dolphin safe but no reference to source waters or any claim that it is imported. In any event, my wife and I have an Amazon auto-subscription to this product as we think it is much tastier than other brands and a good value with the subscription compared to the supermarkets.

Answer:	Sodium: 268mg, Protein: 13g, Cholesterol: 22mg, Fat:2g,Calories:69. They say there are 2 servings per can and these amounts are per serving. There is also 1.434mg of Omega 3 per can. Claims to be lowest in mercury. It is also 100% pole and troll caught. Because there is no water or oil added, you may want to flake it well with a fork before making tuna salad; it is chunky.
Question:	What about mercury in the tuna - does all tuna have mercury in it
Answer:	Yes, all fish have mercury. The smaller the fish the less mercury. Skipjack light tuna have the less mercury of all fish. So, if you are pregnant, a nursing mother, a very young child or very old unhealthy person one tuna sandwich a week wont hurt you. But beware of albacore tuna it is very high in mercury. If I eat this it is only one can a month and the rest of the month salmon or some other low mercury fish or seafood. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Yes. I don't know why others were saying "no". Canned tuna is typically cooked twice before it gets to the consumer (StarKist included). The tuna are pre-cooked (steamed), then processed and canned, then cooked again in the can. You can eat it straight out of the can, or use it in both cold or hot recipes.

Answer:	I don't have any on hand at the moment but I do know that the Yellowfin is a little more stronger then the regular. I actually purchased it by accident. I prefer the regular and it has 140 mg of sodium. Me and my husband love tuna so I buy a lot when I do buy. Answer:	The can itself states that the drained weight is 4 oz. We have purchased the 12 pack three times at least. Very happy w this brand. Tuna is moist, soft and contains minimal oil. Often almost nothing to drain from the can. Highly recommended!

Answer:	I have been buying this product for quite some time with the belief that it originated in Italy. Now I have no idea. According to my research the brand is owned by Sunkist which is in turn owned by a South Korean company. They have used slick marketing with Italian imagery to mislead consumers. Ingredients:

2 cans (4.5 oz. each) Portofino, Solid Yellowfin Tuna in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, chunked, not drained, ½ small red onion (roughly ¼ cup), finely diced, 8 chopped, pitted green olives, 8 sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil, drained and chopped, 2 Tbsp. finely chopped flat-leaf parsley, 1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice, plus more for drizzling, 2 large, ripe avocados, Kosher salt, Freshly ground black pepper, ½ cup microgreens for garnishing (optional)

4. Place the cheese slices on two pieces of bread. Top with the tuna mixture, tomatoes and second slice of bread.

5. Place the sandwich on the preheated griddle, and heat until the bread browns; flip and brown the other side. The cheese will melt as the sandwich cooks.

Classic Tuna Nicoise Salad

Ingredients:

2 cans (4.5 oz. each) Portofino, Solid Albacore Tuna in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, drained, 1 lb. small red potatoes, ½ lb. fresh green beans, trimmed, 16 red cherry tomatoes, halved, 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced in, ½-inch slices, 12–16 Kalamata olives, 8 small pieces of Boston Bibb lettuce

Directions:

1. Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 15–20 minutes, until just tender. Drain and immediately cool under running cold water.

2. Steam the green beans in the microwave until just tender, about 4–5 minutes. Cool immediately under running cold water or plunge in an ice bath to cool.

3. Place lettuce on a large platter.

4. Cut the potatoes in quarters, and place on the platter. Add green beans, eggs, tomatoes and olives.

5. Chunk tuna, and place in the center of the plate.

6. Drizzle dressing over salad and serve.

Tuna Charcuterie Board

Ingredients:

1 can (4.5 oz.) Portofino, Solid Albacore Tuna in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Multigrain crackers, Herbed goat cheese or other soft mild cheese, Mixture of olives and marinated artichoke hearts, Nut and dried fruit blend, Fresh vegetable strips, Crostini

Directions:

1. Place a large platter or a number of small plates and dishes on a table.

2. Place each food item on a platter or bowl and arrange them so they are easy to eat.

3. Add fresh flowers, serving utensils and sit back and watch your guests enjoy!­
