Answer:	The manufacturer lists for children 3-4 and up that need nutritional growth.
Question:	How many scoops a day to do 2x a day
Answer:	Five scoops into 8 ounces of water is a "serving." For simplicity, five of the scoops that come inside the can is the same as 1/3 cup, so 1/3 cup per 8oz of water. We add ours to milk instead of water and it works just fine.
Question:	What is the ex date
Answer:	Keep aware, these arrive with relatively short expiration dates for a powdered and canned product... don't fool yourself into thinking that you can keep them on the shelf for long periods of time. Usually they arrive with 6 months or so left on them. I learned the hard way to rotate stock to keep them from getting hidden in the back of your cabinet.

Answer:	It's been awhile since I purchased this product, but I think it's safe for ages 18mths and up. I used it for my toddler. Follow the directions carefully and always consult a physician with concerns.
