Answer:	My mother received them and said they were the most, beautiful and fresh flowers she's ever received (which is saying a lot since I have sent her flowers from just about every flower place on the web) glad I gave them a shot

Answer:	If you read the information the florist provides, you would know that orders placed by 1:00 PM will be delivered the next day. After 1, it is the day after next. After 1 on Thursday through to before 1 on Monday, it is a Tuesday delivery. For example, order at 12:50 AM on Thursday, your flowers arrive Friday; order at 1:10 PM Thursday, your flowers arrive Tuesday. Benchmark Bouquets DOES NOT have the option to choose a delivery date at this time.
Question:	Does the recipient actually have to cut and arrange the flowers upon receiving the item? or does it come already arranged like shown in picture
Answer:	I received these as a gift and they are beautiful! They are already arranged, with the bottom of stems wrapped in a waterproof paper, and damp material inside to keep them moist. I did cut the stems (but I kept them together as arranged so it was just a matter of some quick snips), then placed them in the vase with no re-arranging necessary. They make a phenomenal bouquet. Mine were very fresh, with the roses and alstroemeria just beginning to open. From experience with roses, I expect these to stay fresh at least a week and possibly longer (and alstroemeria often lasts for at least two weeks). They also arrived on the correct date. I have high standards when it comes to flowers, and these are as beautiful as any I have had arranged and delivered by the most expensive florist in town. I highly recommend.

Answer:	Yes, they arrive in a box, but are already arranged, and crushproof the way they are packaged. The recipient only needs to snip the ends of the stems and place them in the vase that comes with them. They were fresh and as beautiful as any I have ever had delivered by the local florist. I have not purchased these, but received mine as a gift. I can highly recommend them.

Answer:	Well, I gave mine to my wife 2 days early and they lasted 10 days in great shape! However, we opened them the day they arrived, snipped the stems, and added the plant food provided to the water. Answer:	Put your bouquet in a room with 55-50 or less degrees (basement). If you don’t have a cool place to store your flowers, a refrigerator is a last resort since it is too cold in a normal refrigerator. A normal refrigerator is set at about 38 degrees. Cut the bottom 1/2 off the stems and change the water daily to keep them fresh until mother’s day

Answer:	I really don't know as I had sent it to my mom and didn't see the arrangement. I think it said there were to be 12 roses.

Answer:	I told my granddaughte who purchased the flowers as a valentines gift that three roses were off the stems and I did comment on this but have not heard from Amazon. I would let the people who sent the gift know not to pay for the dead flowers.

Answer:	I think you are reading it wrong. It plainly states that for around 34 bucks you can get them WITHOUT vase

Answer:	In my experience they come tied together pre-arranged. However, they are not in the vase. You cut off an inch from the bottom of each flower, put the plant food in the vase with water and then place the flowers in the vase. We have been very fortunate with flowers from Amazon. They have always arrived fresh and lasted for at least a full week. I imagine those with negative experiences had shipping vendor issues.

Unfortunately, we do not current have the ability to ship a bouquet on a certain date. Luckily, we make it as easy as possible, we are sure to always show the delivery day in our titles. Our bouquets are all shipped directly from our farm using 2 Day shipping to ensure the freshest gift possible!

Can I leave a gift message with my purchase?

Of course! There is no extra charge for leaving a message with your gift, simply click "this is a gift" upon check out and write your message. If you have any trouble or just want to make sure your message was received, please reach out to our team.

How are my flowers shipped?

To help ensure the quality of your gift, we ship our flowers in bud form. Upon arrival they will be dehydrated, but no need to worry! Just follow the instructions included with your gift and you will see your bouquet bloom before your eyes!

What do I need to do once my bouquet is received?

Caring for our bouquets are very simple! Just simply remove the vase and bouquet from the box, cut each stem at an angle to ensure proper hydration, the fill your handmade vase halfway with warm water, place your flower food in the vase and place your bouquet inside of the vase. We recommend changing the water in your vase every 48 hours so your bouquet can thrive for as long as possible. Lastly, just sit back and take in the beauty!
