Answer:	You get; a long wide tong thing to pull out the bottom wire basket. The bottom wire basket can sit on the bottom or turn it upside down and the basket sits 1/2 way up from the bottom closer to the heat. Booklet tells what settings for food, temp and time. I went online to get recipes using turbo convection ovens. The white top w/ knobs, attached electrical cord, is attached to the glass lid. Put food on the wire basket, cover food with glass lid, set time and temp. To clean, the lid kinda awkward, it's glass. The bottom is kinda heavy. Dawn does a good job of getting oily fat out. Wash and wipe out w/ a sponge. I cooked a pizza, bisuits, chicken, turkey, pork, steak, seafoods, veggies and it's alright.

Answer:	My Hometrends lasted me 25 years. Element over light bulb is a must for me. Many years ago, I discovered that I could use it as a Sous Vide... either by using a small pot, or filling about 1/3 with water, and using a stick thermometer at very low setting to maintain 135 degrees. (high side of medium-rare). Sous vide is a method that uses water to cook the steak in a vacuum sealed bag (or suck the air out of a zip-lok), float in water specific to how you want steak cooked. (charts online). To finish steak, use smoking hot pan and sear it once you are ready to serve / eat. It can sit, perfectly cooked, in the water bath for hours. And, yes, sous-vide devices are readily available now, they were not then. But if you don't want a separate device, then yes, you can do this.

Answer:	Don M., I used mine yesterday for the 1st time. Do you cook your steak rare? I had cooked two sirloins about 1 1/4 inch thick. I seasoned and brushed them with olive oil, let marinate while letting them get to room temperature to cook. I like mine medium well, not pink inside yet browned on the outside, grill char okay but not dried out. I cooked the first one (for my cousin next door), I didn't think it was hot enough at first to brown/sear, so I turned it up from app. 300f to 350f after about 4 minutes. It took about 16-18 minutes before turning-these were thick steaks (I'll try the thinner cuts next time)-and the other side took about 13-15 minutes. Would you mind explaining how you cook your steaks? I can pan fry them fine. The second sirloin (mine) I turned up the heat to about 425f, thought get the heat up there so they could sear better. These were on the taller rack. I did microwave some red potatoes for 8 minutes, peeled and cut to a roasting size. The steak was fine, not very tough but not that tender. Potatoes were great, I coated lightly with olive oil and a sprinkle of onion powder. Love this oven.

Answer:	One reviewer states if you are replacing a Nuwave, you will not be satisfied. My experience is different. I have both, and I have had the Oyoma longer. The Nuwave is already looking shabby after just a few months. The Oyama still looks new. Both still work, and both have different construction designs. The Oyama is superior in quality and versatility, but the Nuwave has some pluses like the rack is a bit better. But on the Nuwave the drip pan now looks like an old pealed teflon pan. For your best bet, Oyama is my choice were I to choose between them. Price and durability, ease of control and heat distrabution are superior in the glass bowl model over the plastic model any day.

3. Wash Cycle - Set the oven timer to 20 minutes and set the temperature to wash cycle/ thaw. Add 1 inch of water to the bottom of bowl with a teaspoon of liquid dish soap. This should soften the baked on food spatter. After cycle, use a damp rag to wipe off the food spatter on the inner surfaces and the inner metal lid shield.

Answer:	The onsite specs do say, and I affirm, that the interior has sufficient space to hold a 9in round item in the interior. What needs to be clarified is the height. The effective clearance - that is the available space between the lower rack at the bottom and the heating implement at the top - is slightly less than 4in. An item with a height of 3.5in should fit, but one needs to be concerned with any food being close to the heat source. I would advise against cooking any food in this oven that will rise in excess of 3.5in from bottom of pan to highest point.

Question:	Are the walls insulated, or does the outside get very hot like most other countertop ovens
Answer:	the wolf oven is more insulated than the typical toaster oven, including a seal around the door. The top of the oven gets very hot and is labeled so, the sides and back get very warm to the touch. It is more like a small oven than a toaster oven in terms of quality of heating and eveness. I'm very pleased with it! I don't consider it a toaster oven, I cook dinner every night; steaks, whole chicken, pork chops, much more than I make toast, this requires more heat for longer times and that's why my response is that is the oven is hotter than others who used it to make toast.
Question:	The pictures show a light but everyone says that there is not a light. Do newer ovens have a light
Answer:	The 150S has red knobs, the 160S has black knobs and the 170S has silver knobs. The number is for ordering purposes, as they are all the same and they all come with the interior halogen light. The older model the 100S is the older model without the light that they are phasing out.
Question:	i am looking for an oven that does not have a nonstick finish. Is the inside of the oven coated with a nonstick finish
Answer:	I'll just say this..... I just called Wolf and of course the person that answered the phone didn't have an answer regarding what kind of non-stick finish was on the inside of this oven. However, she did try to find the answer for 5-10 minutes without any luck. She then put me on hold to ask a tech about it and came back with, " the coating is PTFE-free", but could not tell me what it was (I was hoping ceramic). There seem to be VERY few ovens with zero non-stick coatings. I gather the way to deal with it is to keep temps below 500 degrees to prevent degradation/off-gassing of the coating.
Question:	Does anyone know the "interior" width and depth inside the oven so I know the maximine size dishes/pans that can be used
Answer:	16 3/4 wide 11 3/4 deep, I love the oven but because the rack has a lip on the back that prevents pans from falling,because of this it also limits the size of the pans that can be used. I find this to be the major draw back. I have had the Breville, and it holds a nice large round pizza pan. I feel the Wolf is a better baking oven than the Breville

Question:	whats the difference between convection, stove and microwave
Answer:	Convection is the cycle of hot and cold air, high and low pressure. Stove is just a space or appliances to heat/cook products. Microwave uses tiny wavelengths to sort of agitate and heat up product
Question:	How loud is the fan? a whisper=15 db / normal conversation=60 db / a lawnmower=90 db / a car horn=110 db
Answer:	It's quiet, sound as loud as a fan or similar to that.but A Little bit quieter tho.
Question:	Is the Tempered glass bowl sold separately? Mine cracked
Answer:	Possibly. I do not think so. I have an extra. I bought the extra warranty to replace. They die after a year or so.
Question:	can you cook pizza in this
Answer:	If it's anything like the previous one I had then YES! ....but you might have to time the cooking process using your own timer IF it doesn't cook to your liking.

Question:	How do you clean the top? Is it submersible? Seems like food would splatter up into the heating area
Answer:	NO not submersible. Food does not splatter on it. It circulates hot air to cook the food. I just use a small amount of dish soap on a paper towel to wipe off the grid housing the heating coil. It really does not get dirty. I love this appliance. Have had one since they were first made 20 years ago.
Question:	How long have you had this? Other models are having a short life span
Answer:	I have not had mine long enough to make a judgement, how ever I do love it so far. hope this helps

Answer:	Hi: French Fries no,but tater tots yes. Chicken nuggets yes. Amazon sells other circular racks that can be used for grilling and baking, it's called the Fivebop Multi-Purpose Stainless Steel Cross Wire Round rack. It's 11 inches in diameter and fits perfectly in the Tayama. It costs about 16.95. It is the best investment and accessory for your cooker. I love cooking seasoned tater tots in mine. Good luck

Answer:	Yes multiple Fillets can fit into this oven, but the bottom rack will not thoroughly cook and will need to cooked without the top rack or be placed on top the top rack
