Answer:	Hi! The bag says 30 servings per container. It also says to mix 4 Tablespoons of powder to 8 ounces of water. That’s a good place to start. Of, course, you can use more or less to your taste. I did notice in the item description that they recommend 3 Tablespoons of powder to 5 ounces of water...take your pick, but I tend to side with the actual package directions.

Answer:	No, but I would love to do that! I think it would be worth trying, following one of the carob-chip recipes online, using coconut oil and the powdered soy milk, instead of carob flour. The amount may have to be adjusted somewhat, and, of course, vanilla added, but it sounds do-able.

Answer:	I use this almost every other day to make bread machine bread. Soy milk is an excellent replacement for milk and the powder form makes it very convenient

Answer:	I wouldn't. I don't drink coffee, but I would suggest mixing the powder and coffee crystals in a little room temperature or warm water. Then add your boiling water. From my experience, the powder has a tendency to clump when added to hot water. Hope that helps.

Answer:	No, it does not taste like vanilla. Not sure it tastes like almonds either, but neither do other almond milks. What is so great about this is that the added pea protein makes it thicker and creates a sort of creamy texture, all while reducing the fat content. It does not leave any sort of fatty feeling in the mouth. Regular almond milk is just "watery" tasting, while this actually feels more like a milkshake, though not particularly sweet.

The ingredients are: Organic Almond Milk (Filtered water, organic almonds), Orgain organic protein blend (brown rice protein, organic pea protein), organic natural flavors, Tricalcium Phosphate, organic rice bran extract, potassium citrate, organic locust bean gum, Gellan gum, sea salt, natural flavor, Ergocalciferol (vitamin D2). I gues nobody really knows what it is when it just says "natural flavors," but I am hoping it is something good since the product is supposed to be organic.
