Answer:	I am not a chemist who can answer this accurately, because Hershey's is notoriously ambiguous about it, but to the best of my understanding, Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate last time I knew contains about half of what Lindt 90% does, so it all depends on what if more important to you, how it tastes or how much chocolate you need or want. I personally believe chocolate raises my (aging) body best and I have taken 4 squares of Lindt 90% a day for some time now and find that works for me. On the other hand I am hypoglycemic and need a sugar hit every once in a while. Guess where I turn? However, Lindt 90% contains very little sugar, and I need to keep my weight down and at my age, Lindt, Coffee, and Androgel keep my energy level up.

Answer:	Hey there! These bars can be used for eating and for melting and coating! When melting either the baking bar or the chocolate chips, the most important thing is to ensure the chocolate evenly melts and no part of it burns. If the chocolate burns it will start to clump up, and there is really no way to smooth it out after that happens. We find it’s best to break up our Baking Bars or use our Chocolate Chips and heat them over a double boiler over simmering (not boiling) water. Stir the chocolate constantly until totally melted, it only takes a few minutes and the chocolate turns out perfectly smooth and shiny. If any clumping begins to occur, sometimes adding a bit of coconut oil will help. We hope this information is helpful, please let us know if this works for you.

Answer:	The whole bar is 2 servings You minus the fiber when figuring carbs and some ways of eating has you subtract the Erythritol so it’s 3 net carbs per serving
