Answer:	It wouldn't kill you to eat itout of the can but it would be hard and not taste good. You can soak it with water in a cup overnight in the fridge and wat it cold. You can also cook it and eat it hot.

Answer:	I have used this product for at least 20 years. It is completely non-GMO and the container does not list any gluten. Ingredients are from Ireland. I'm not concerned with gluten so I don't have an opinion there. I do know that I find them the best natural oats I've ever tasted. They are great for the heart, like all natural oats and they keep my "system" regular and healthy. Answer:	Yea they did it don’t taste the same smh I don’t like the new formula

I would try a smaller purchase to make sure you really like the item. The actual volume of oats is less than in other flavors due (I guess) to the added (probably) reconstituted cream powder. I usually mix a packet of that kind with apples and cinnamon for a meal of (around) 320 calories. Tastes pretty good to me.

Answer:	There are a number of recommended directions for cooking steel cut oats on the web. I like the overnight method. Use a 1to 3 ratio of oats to water and 1/2 tsp. of salt per cup of oats. Add boiling water and salt to the oats, cover, and let sit over night. Alternatively, add the the oats to salted water, bring to a boil, lower heat to a simmer. and cook for about 20 minutes or until thickened.

Answer:	If it is marked organic it is non GMO if it is 100 percent organic it is non GMO. Buying organic is the only way to avoid GMO but you want to make sure it 100 percent organic . Their other products they don't use GMO seed but they can't guarantee it unless they test it and have it certified . No more than if you plant a garden and use organic seeds you could still have cross pollination unless you have it tested then you couldn't legally say it's non GMO.

Answer:	By implication, the answer seems to be yes. The canister says it contains 100% Irish oats. Nothing on the can says that is produced in a place which processes wheat or nuts. Nothing on the can says that is gluten free. However, assuming that it does contain 100% Irish oats, that rules out gluten, right?
