Answer:	It is at least a medium size box. Not small at all.

Answer:	It contains cane sugar and molasses. 1 1/2 cup = 11 grams sugar
Question:	Are these comparable to Cheerios
Answer:	Healthier, in my opinion, but necessarily blander as they are made from oats and rice, with minimal sugar. If you've ever eaten boiled oats by themselves, then you know how bland oats taste (that's why people add milk, brown sugar, raisins, bananas, etc.) Not long ago I bought a box of Cheerios because Morning O's were not available and they tasted burnt to me. Cheerios marketing would no doubt say that they were "toasted", but a burnt flavor was what I was experiencing. I bought a second box from another store because I thought it was a one time issue, but it turned out that they had the same burnt/toasted flavor. I prefer the Morning O's - bland and healthy is fine by me because I can always add fruit to flavor the cereal.

Answer:	I have bought several of these . I have one in my bathroom and one in my kitchen by the sink. Neither get direct sun light but they are in the light especially the one in the kitchen. I have never had any of them change colors over time.

Answer:	It's a mixed bag; sometimes they're pretty hard (though I've never encountered them being anything like pebbles ;) ), other times they're relatively soft (but not as soft as raisins would be from a bag that you just opened yourself).
Question:	what is the glycemic level and glycemic load of this cereal
Answer:	The individual cereal box lists a 3/4 cup serving size has 40g total carbohydrate amount. I think it would be possible to get the glycemic level/load of the cereal from the manufacturer's customer website if you contact them as I have found Nature's Path Foods to be customer friendly.
