2 tablespoons canola oil or other neutral cooking oil, 4 cups fresh or frozen yellow corn (thawed if frozen), 2 cloves garlic (minced), 2 small jalapeño peppers (seeded & minced), 3 tablespoons crumbled cotija cheese, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or sour cream, 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro, 1 ½ teaspoons Mexican-style chili powder, Juice from two limes, Kosher salt.

Directions: In a large cast iron skillet, heat oil on medium-high until shimmering. Using Chef'n Cob Corn Stripper (if using fresh corn), remove corn from cob. Add the corn and cook, stirring occasionally, until the corn is toasted and golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Add the garlic from Garlic Zoom tool, and cook for another 30 seconds or so. Spinach Baby Artichoke Hummus

Ingredients: 1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed⁣

1/2 cup tahini⁣

2 tablespoons lemon juice⁣

1 clove garlic⁣

1/2 teaspoon salt⁣

1/4 cup ice water⁣⠀

1 jar Native Forest Baby Artichoke Hearts, drained⁣

1 cup defrosted frozen spinach⁣⠀

Instructions: Add the garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and salt to a food processor. Process until a paste forms, scraping down the sides as needed. Slowly drizzle in the ice water while the processor is running. This will make the hummus incredibly creamy!⁣

Add in the artichoke hearts and spinach and pulse until they are incorporated into the humus, but you can still see chunks of the artichokes and spinach. Serve and enjoy!⁣⠀

2-3 Roma tomatoes, cubed

To taste Olive oil

To taste Red wine vinegar

Instructions: Toss hearts of palm, artichoke hearts, Roma tomatoes and basil gently.

Splash with red wine vinegar and drizzle with olive oil to taste. Can be served at room temperature or chilled for a couple of hours first. Enjoy!

Artichoke Dip with Native Forest Quartered Artichokes

Ingredients: 1 cup mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise, 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped, 1 can Native Forest Quartered Artichokes, drained, 1 Tbsp Lemon juice to taste, Pepper,

3 Tbsp Edward & Sons Organic Breadcrumbs

1 tsp Olive oil

Instructions: Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Stir together first three ingredients.

In a food processor, chop the drained artichokes and then add the lemon juice and pepper. Add the artichoke mixture to the mayo mixture and stir well. Put into small-oiled baking dish. Mix the crumbs and olive oil together and sprinkle on top of the mixture.

Bake about 20 minutes until top is browned.

Serve with crackers, pita wedges, veggies…

Answer:	A: I get the LONG HAIR purple box litter. Larger pellets, using extra large Natures Miracle corner box. It is a GREAT system! Virtually no tracking, one large Oko box, lasts one month for two extra large corner boxes for extra large male cat. I fill about 2” deep. Scoop every other day. Change all litter about every 2 weeks. Answer to a difficult odor issue since I discovered he pees straight back like a tiger. Caveat Use a wide grate scooper for these pellets. Clumps great! Nice natural woodsy scent.

Question:	Is this litter flushable
Answer:	I would NOT recommend flushing this litter down your toilet! It tends to softly clump when wet... Not a hard clump like the clay litters, but it definitely does NOT disolve in water.
Question:	Will this work with self cleaning litter boxes? I have the Petzone self cleaning
Answer:	Yes very well.. I have one and this is by far the best I have tried. It doesn’t stress the rake and motor at all. Odor control is great as well
Question:	What's the texture of this litter? My cats like sandy litter
Answer:	It is finer in texture than clay litter, and lightweight. I use litter similar to this, made from corncobs or other plant-based granules, but I avoid the Tidy Cats because it has more dust than any other brand I've seen. That can't be good for my cats or for me as I change it. My cats are happy with this type of litter.
Question:	Has this been fragranced? I, no tmy cat, have ttrouble with perfumes
Answer:	I used to think it did not have added fragrances & I really liked that pine fresh smell but the last two 7.5 oz bags ordered together, shipped separately both had an overpowering scent & not a pine or cedar smell that I am familiar with & I checked the bag everywhere but didn't find any other ingredients listed besides pine, cedar, corn & it says: "Fresh Scent". The front of bag says (among other claims of product performance)-"99.9% Natural". Elderly cat returned to peeing outside litter box so I had to change to other natural, unscented litter. Maybe it depends on the warehouse it comes from but both mine were the same -heavy fragrances ,ordered together, same date but shipment split & received on different dates, but even thru packaging the smell overwhelmed everything. I purchased everything unscented & thot this was the natural pine smell it was awhile ago. depends on where
