Answer:	Its not a substitute. The sand bag, overall, works more body parts. Example, squats...the way I do squats with the bag is one of two ways. The traditional way ..pick it up off the floor and place it on your shoulders and do reps. Or...pick it up off the floor do a rep ..take off your shoulders, drop it on the floor.. do it again. Bench press...you cant do it with a bag. Triceps, cant do it with bag...not successfully anyway. I enjoy the bag because it gives me a overall workout. I do combine it with body weight exercises. The one thing I have noticed, plates bulk you up. Sandbags combined with body weight exercise, makes you leaner. Its my story and I'm sticking to it...LOL. There are a number of videos which show a some great exercises one can do with the bag. Hope this helps and have fun.

Answer:	I would think so. They go around the 3/4" square metal tube legs on my tent. With a bit to spare. In the unlikely event that the velcro straps are not as long as you need, you could extend then with a bit of additional velcro.

Question:	Can you tie rope to bag and pull it like a sled
Answer:	I would not do that with this bag. Also it holds a max of 40 lbs.
Question:	Can I buy just the yellow bags individually. I gave a whole system to someone but one of the yellow bags sprang a leak
Answer:	I don't know if you can buy the bags individually or not. I'd try contacting SKLZ directly. Here's the Link and their phone number http://shop.sklz.com/performance/super-sandbag-/invt/apdsb7502 Phone # 877-225-7275 (Customer Service). I found on their website you can click on Customer Service and they will ask for your email as well. I don't know if Amazon sells just the filler bags or not. If you wish to repair just the leak I'd suggest removing contents of that bag and set it aside. Now, use Gorilla tape on the outside seams of the filler bag to reinforce them and help with stopping the leak. Also, I never filled my bags with sand, I use rice in mine. Rice is less likely to leak since its more dense than sand. I hope one of those suggestions works for you, good luck.

Answer:	There are a total of 6 handles. Two are located on each of the ends of the bag, two are located on the 'top' (mounted parallel to the length of the bag), and two are on the 'bottom' (mounted perpendicular to the length of the bag). "Top" and "Bottom" are relative to the position of the bag, of course.
Question:	Is this only the bag or does it come with the sand bags as well
Answer:	It comes with four bags to fill sand in which I just did and they all fit in if you do it like the video on Amazon. Long ways two on the bottom and two on top and face the the opening of the bag to the middle. Don’t listen to Thomas Plourde he is dead wrong they definitely all fit in the bag.

Answer:	It depends how think the umbrella poll is. I purchased a product that these weights were advertised on in Amazon, and their polls were too thick. We had to use zip ties to secure the sand bags to the polls.

Answer:	We filled an empty 2 liter soda bottle with water and put one in each slot, so two bottles per bag. You could fill them with sand too. Probably 10-15 lbs per bag maybe :)

Answer:	Yes providing you have something to place them on. I have 6 bags 3 on each Umbrella stand. I drape them around the pole at the base. I have about 15 lbs of sand in each pair of bags. For tables, I drape them across the leg supports and cross braces.

Answer:	I have not been able to fit all 6 bags in when full. Both of my bag's buckles have broken and one of the handles is starting to split so now it rubs on the outside of my finger when using it. I don't know if I am letting it flop too much, but my max weight so far has been 45 pounds. I am not impressed with this bag.
Question:	Is it possible for the manufacturer to respond to this question? How to fit (6) ten lbs bags inside
Answer:	I am not the manufacturer but you should be able to. I only had 50lbs of sand and put three bags on one end and two on the other. If I had the 6th bag full I should be able to get it in and shake the bag around to adjust them so I could get it zipped. I took a picture and will try to figure out how to share it.
