Answer:	Never had Maria's tea, I can only say this works without fail! Make sure you don't leave the house early the next morning before you go to the restroom... but take the tea in the evening after you've eaten; wouldn't take it later than 10pm. It's a great cleanse.

Answer:	I have not purchased this item. I only have purchased the loose leaf Darjeeling, which was very good!
Question:	Are these tea bags certified to be microplastics free
Answer:	The box states they are "Certified Plastic Neutral products". They go on to say that "Vahdam is a plastic neutral brand, that they recover & recycle an amount of plastic equivalent to our packaging."
Question:	Are these tea bags made of plastic
Answer:	They look like plastic to me. Though Vahdam says they are a plastic neutral brand, that isn't the same as a plastic free brand. Plastic tea bags contain microplastic that you will end up consuming. I have contacted Vahdam to ask if their tea bags are free of microplastic but they are yet to reply. My recommendation is to buy loose leaf tea. It's generally of a higher quality than tea in teabags, costs less per cup, puts less plastic and other waste into the environment and when steeped correctly, tastes better. I steep my tea in a french press then transfer it to a tea pot for serving so it won't keep getting stronger and more bitter while it sits.

It was advertised as skinny tea and I carelessly thought it maybe helped reduce appetite or make a person feel more energetic. Oops! I was wrong wrong wrong. Even as a laxative it caused a good deal of abdominal distress. There is a tea called Smooth Move that is great and it clearly indicates what it's purpose is by its name. Drink at your own risk. Lol
