Answer:	First of all, I love it! I put coffee in it at 6:30 AM and it is still hot at 11! It probably stays hot longer, but I usually finish drinking it by then. I’m just guessing, but maybe the green ball keeps the contents mixed. I don’t really know. I haven’t used mine.

Answer:	Laces are cotton. I did notice that they are not as wide as the original laces that came with my daughters new Jackson figure skates. I have ice hockey skates and those laces are very wide compared to these.

Answer:	Hi Ana, They are both 16 ounces double-walled tumblers with similar stainless steel infusers (although the infusers are not interchangeable). The main difference is the lid design. The Voyager has a single button that seals the lid shut (leak-proof, vacuum sealed) while the Mountain has a flip-top lid and a hook built into the lid for carrying it or hanging it from your bag. The colors also differ, and the texture differs (brushed steel for the Voyager and powder coated steel for the Mountain). Hope this helps!

Answer:	It comes apart some and the gaskets come off. But I've never completely took it apart. Had to take it apart to clean the hot chocolate out of it. It does come with directions to take it apart.
Question:	why is this thermos a "kids
Answer:	I would counter that the lid is almost too difficult to get off. The screw cap should have a textured finish. If your hands are wet, you would not be able to get the lid off. Great thermos though.
Question:	Where is it manufactured
Answer:	I bought two--a black tumbler and a silver one--and both leaked badly from the start, which caused me no shortage of problems. I ended up purchasing a Contigo Autoseal Transit mug to take with me, and it prevents spills better than anything I've owned. That said, I hate it. While the Contigo is utterly spill-proof, it's a pain to drink out of and it doesn't keep the coffee warm for anywhere near as long as the Thermos due to very thin metal with no vacuum where the top of the cup meets the lid. As a result, the metal conducts the heat right out of the coffee and into the air (or your thumb if you're not careful). The Thermos, on the other hand, while it's been a disaster for me in terms of spills, keeeps coffee warm for around 6 hours and is still my favorite tumbler to drink from. I have no idea why something with a leaky lid would retain heat so well, but it does.

Answer:	I’m on my 5th mug over the last 10 years (keep leaving them places or giving them away). The TWO I currently have are plainly stamped on the bottom: MADE IN CHINA, grrr.

It's not effective at keeping water hot for any length of time. If you're trying to warm a baby's bottle in it, you'd probably get a few hours of warm water, I'd think.

Question:	Is it really spill/leak proof. This my most important criteria for a beverage carrying thermos
Answer:	This will fit on top of the lunch bucket but it’s the short version of their thermoses. There is a longer one that is the entire length of the top lid of their lunch bucket.
Question:	Is this dishwasher safe
Answer:	It does keep food hot longer than even advertised if you FOLLOW directions. It’s a great product. Used one for 15 years driving a truck and fill it up Sunday about 11am and get scalded Tuesday nite at 9pm.
