Our Instant Black Tea Powder comes from non-GMO plants grown without using herbicides and pesticides. The leaves are harvested and ground before shipping to the USA where the powder is tested for pureness and contaminants. We choose our suppliers very carefully, and we are lucky to find one who has incredibly strict quality control procedures. It is tested there for purity but we also test each batch stateside as we also have very strict quality control standards.

Answer:	It contain 100 milligram of caffeine where as a single tea bag of 2 gram contain only 70 milligram of caffeine. This Black tea contains 4% to 5% caffeine, which affects thinking and alertness, increases urine output, and may reduce the symptoms of Parkinson's disease. It also contains antioxidants and other substances that might help protect the heart and blood vessels.

Answer:	Yes it does! Each half-teaspoon (1 gram) serving of Matcha contains roughly 25-35mg of caffeine, which is approximately one-third the caffeine of a cup of brewed coffee. Answer:	The instructions are difficult to find, but here's what I do: 8 oz almost boiling water into a cocktail shaker, 3 tbsp powder, mix to combine, fill rest of shaker with ice, shake until cold and pour into a cup! I also top off with flavored coffee creamer if I want a little sweeter of a flavor. And, of course, boba.

Answer:	According to the website, one rounded scoop has about 10 - 15mg caffeine.

Answer:	I would suggest dissolving in a bit of hot water to mix well, then add cold water & ice. I'm sure that would work well. Because it's a masala, it can be a bit gritty at the bottom but this is easily remedied by continually swirling your cup. I really love this product. Try adding a little powdered ginger if you want even more kick!
Question:	How many calories / how much fat is in each serving? Thanks
Answer:	Tomorryo, the container does not have this information, but the ingredients are black tea and spices which have negligible calories and fat. One serving is a quarter of a teaspoon so I would say the caloric value is below 10 calories, if that. All the spices are 100 percent organic and the product is vegan and gluten free. Really good stuff!
Question:	Is this a powder that can be added directly to drinks and mixed, without needing to strain it before drinking? I need "powder" for a recipe, not leaves
Answer:	Yes, it is a loose powder and it is very fine. The canister includes a tiny wooden scoop and the recommended amount for an 8oz cup (i believe) is one well-rounded scoop. It is a very strong powder though, so you might want to go easy on it and check the taste to see if it needs more. I hope this helps. :)

Answer:	I usually have this hot so I heat up the milk in the microwave in a mug and add in 4-6 tablespoons of the powder. But I guess it wouldn't matter whether it was hot or cold.

Answer:	Nondairy creamer almost always has casein in it, so no, it's not vegan. And unlike the label above, the package I just purchased contains whey powder, which means it's definitely not vegan.

Answer:	There is no tea in it at all. It has taro root powder, sugar, and non-dairy creamer. I make mine with milk instead of water. I use the powder with milk and ice in my blender.

Answer:	Well, to be honest, I haven't used a 20-count tea sachet in so long that I don't remember what they taste like. I've been buying the 50-count box because it was such a better deal. I can tell you this, I have never been disappointed in the tea bags in the 50-count box.
Question:	Is there and sugar or sweetener in it
Answer:	The box says that the tea is a blend of 1st and 2nd flushes. I find it to be a bit too light for my taste. The box also reads that the strength is 2 out of 4.

Answer:	Thank you for your question. No, you do not have to use a blender for the Golden Milk latte, you can simply heat your milk on the stovetop, and add the golden milk powder and your choice of sweetener into it once it is warm, stir well and enjoy :-)
Question:	Are the ingredients compromised if I make a larger batch then reheat it the following day, for example
Answer:	Hi Mary, my name is Idit Or, I am the owner of A&I Nutreats, thank you for your question. I can share with you what i personally do - i make it according to the "suggested use" as it is my favorite way (but of course there are other ways you can make it), so i usually make more than one cup with my Vitamix, i then heat only what i would like to drink at that moment and keep the rest in a glass jar in the fridge, meaning it's not heated when i store it in the fridge. This way, if i want to drink it again at night or the the day after i can only take out the jar from the fridge and heat it. It is not heated twice and it's delicious and super healthy. Answer:	Hi Isabella, my name is Idit Or, i am the owner of A&I Nutreats, thank you for your question. while i personally do not drink coffee, i can share with you that my husband, who is a coffee lover, does add 1/2 tsp of the Golden Milk blend to his latte and/or espresso. If it's for his latte, he adds the golden milk when he froth the milk, and if it's for the espresso, he makes it with his espresso maker so he just adds the blend to the ground coffee, he really like both options. I hope this helps :-) as a side note, you can add this blend to your smoothies, oatmeal, cooking and even baking, literally to everything, t's delicious and so healthy!
