Answer:	I use a disposable tea bag with this particular herbal tea (Tea Forte African Solstice) because the tiny particles slip through the tea steepers that I have. I don't taste any difference, but I'm not a tea connoisseur and I have not tested side-by-side. Generally, I only use loose teas either in a steeper (loose green tea leaves) or in a disposable tea bag (this African Solstice herbal tea and the Tea Forte Blueberry Merlot).

Answer:	Sorry I don't know the answer, I bought this tea as a gift for a friend of mine. I will have to ask her. Although in general manner, it is better to brew your tea hot and drink it fresh brewed. Herbal teas are not so great if done too much time ahead and they loose the benefits if kept refrigerated.. if one wants to drink it cold, just add an ice cube in the fresh brew.

Taste is very good due to its low bitterness and lack of astringency. The amino acid content is higher than ‘Ya- bukita’. Ya-bukita is the most popular cultivar in Japan. Our Ceremonial Grade is a more complex matcha and contains tea leaves from four different cultivars. 46% Asatsuyu, intense green color and reduced bitterness, 45% Saemidori (described above), 5% Okumidori and 4% Ya-bukita both have an alegant aroma and a strong unami taste.

Answer:	We love it with Almond Milk or Coconut or Walnut Milk. We use a mini spoon of Stevia Extract (no fillers or other ingredients) for 8-10 oz. My receipe is 2/3 cup any type Milk, 1/3 cup Green Tea (or water), 1/2 teaspoon Matcha powder and mini spoon Stevia. Stevia - Now Organic or Dukan Diet Organic 1 oz. bottle makes 640 servings. Can substitute 1 teaspoon of Organic Sugar or some Agava or Honey. We never use commercial sugar as most is made from GMO beets but that is our preference. Answer:	Absolutely. There is no one right was to prepare matcha. Traditionally it makes with whisk, but you can make matcha without one. For tea in a cup, add 2 oz hot water to 2 tsp powder in a cup. Blend well into a paste. Then fill your cup with more hot water. Add almond milk, honey, vanilla or any other flavors you like. Make it your own.

Answer:	Hey Ashley! Thanks for your question :) There are actually a couple of differences between the 2 grades of matcha. Starting with the growing process. The ceremonial is developed from the youngest and brightest green leaves of the green tea plant, while culinary is developed from the large, more mature leaves. They both contain large amounts of antioxidants, minerals and nutrients. Next there is a difference in color and texture. A good quality ceremonial matcha will have a soft, smooth and powdery constancy and be a vibrant shade of green. A culinary matcha will not be quite as powdery, and it generally takes on more of an army green shade, due to less chlorophyll present in the mature leaves. Finally on to the taste. A ceremonial matcha will have a mellow earthy, grassy flavor, with no bitter end notes if prepared properly. Best appreciated in traditional tea ceremony fashion or as I like to say "Straight Up" ;) A culinary grade matcha tends to have a stronger more pungent flavor profile, which makes it perfect for baking, smoothies, and mixing beverages since the flavor will radiate better through the sweeteners and other ingredients. Some people like to use the ceremonial for mixing and baking as well. And that is perfectly fine as well, if that's your preference. All in all, it really depends on what you think tastes the best for your uses. The most important thing is the healthy benefits that matcha has to provide for your body. There is no bag inside the container. When we first offered the ceremonial tin, we did have an extra bag. However, we had many customer complaints about the bag inside the container. They had said that they spilled half of the matcha when they were trying to dump the matcha back into the tin. So, after hearing these complaints, we decided to not offer the bag, and have it sealed within the tin itself. I hope that this helps answer your question. Question:	How does this compare (flavor wise) to the tea packaged in pyramids
Answer:	Yes, BUT! There is an art to brewing green teas, especially matcha tea. If you are using a regular teaspoon, use 1/4 tsp matcha, sifted finely and directly into your bowl. If you can adjust the water temperature on the keurig to about 175F/80C and brew it into something to pour from, that's best. Then pour about a half cup hot water on the matcha and whisk! Ceremonial grade matcha is meant to drink, the health benefit is in consuming it, not steeping. I've found there is so much residue in the keurig, it changes the experience of matcha. I usually recommend our Culinary grade for mixing, just because it's cheaper, you get more, and the flavor is a bit stronger, so if you like the taste of green tea, the culinary grade will radiate through the other ingredients better.
