I can share with you what i personally do - i make it according to the "suggested use" as it is my favorite way (but of course there are other ways you can make it), so i usually make more than one cup with my Vitamix, i then heat only what i would like to drink at that moment and keep the rest in a glass jar in the fridge, meaning it's not heated when i store it in the fridge. This way, if i want to drink it again at night or the the day after i can only take out the jar from the fridge and heat it. It is not heated twice and it's delicious and super healthy. If it's for his latte, he adds the golden milk when he froth the milk, and if it's for the espresso, he makes it with his espresso maker so he just adds the blend to the ground coffee, he really like both options. Answer:	They are different. The tea has coarser ground almond and a little black pepper. The milk has whey and not so many spices. It doesn't dissolve as easily as the tea does. I like the tea better.
