4. The grounds with all the water-insoluble substances, are composted. The gluten proteins do not dissolve in water and remain in the grounds which are composted.

Answer:	The Amazon default timeframe for shipping from Ireland to the US is 13-30 working days and we cannot adjust this. This is a standard timeframe given as an indicative time frame for arrival of the package. However in most cases we find that the package arrives much quicker than this (usually within 1-2 weeks). A tracking service is unavailable as we use the standard postal service in Ireland (An Post) for the cheapest possible way to get the product to the US, otherwise we would have to charge a lot extra for postage, whereas at the moment we are able to offer a free shipping service.

1. Heating the Water

Always use freshly drawn water. Water which has previously been boiled will have become de-oxygenated and will not produce a good liquor. If possible, the water should be filtered to remove the chlorine and other additives that affect the taste. Heat water to the temperature recommended for your tea using an electric hot water heater or a stovetop kettle.

2. Selecting the Tea

Choose your favorite blend from our large selection of teas. Black teas are the most frequently used as part of the afternoon tea custom. However, if you’re looking for a lighter tea, select from one of our many delicious green teas or herbal infusions. Use 1 teaspoon of tea per person, plus one for the pot.

3. Brewing Tips

Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately onto the tea leaves to allow the best brew. Check the pack or the table below for brewing times as this varies between blends. When brewing, cover the teapot with a tea cosy to keep the heat in. Answer:	Thank you so much for reaching out! At this time none of our blends are kosher certified, but we are an ever-changing company so this may change! We do currently have some different certifications in the works, so it is a possibility that down the road we could acquire that Kosher certification so please keep an eye out for us in the future.
Question:	Is this organic? I do not see the certified organic symbol on the bag
Answer:	No, it is an herbal tisane. No black tea leaves; no green tea leaves.
Question:	do you need to put splenda in it for a little sweetness

Product features

Step 1

First start with cold, great-tasting, water. If your tap water does not taste good, use filtered or bottled water. Bring the desired amount of water to a boil, then add 2 teaspoons of tea to a cup or infuser.

Step 2

Pour 6 ounces of boiling water and let it steep for 5 minutes. If you prefer your tea less strong, add more water after the brewing period.

Step 3

Let the tea stand until the desired temperature is reached, strain the herbs and enjoy! Drink three times a day, or as needed.
