Question:	My nettle arrived, and in spite of your description saying it is 100% from the usa, why does my 16 ounce bag state: raw from bulgaria
Answer:	I made my matcha without for a while... but it was lumpy. I got this set, and couldn't be happier. I also bought a container that has a screen for sifting, and that made a world of difference also. The whisk is fast and efficient, i just run it under hot tap water to clean and put it on the holder to dry and hold its shape. the bowl is the perfect shape and size for mixing. I use a pyrex measuring cup to nuke my almond milk in... use 1/3 for first mixing, and then 1/3 for rinsing the bowl with milk into my cup to clean all the good matcha out... and another 1/3 to finish to job. the wooden spoon measures out just the right amount of powder, you don't want to waste any. I have an 8 oz. hot matcha with almond milk every morning, and this kit actually helps me make it faster.

Answer:	I saw a video of someone making the tea in the bowl and he only did about 4 or 5 oz at a time. With 8 oz it is hard to whip fast enough to get some foam on top so now I am making smaller cups more often.

Answer:	No. The tea is a powder, doesn't need to be sifted. But it does need to be blended thoroughly and there will still be a bit of powder in the bottom of the cup at the end.

Answer:	I had some that was over a year past the expiration date and it tasted fine. Once the best before date has passed, the tea is still safe to consume, however you may notice the flavour may not be as strong as it was, compared to when it was first purchased. This is mainly because the natural oils and flavours in the tea will evaporate over time.

This one is priced just under $30. There is another version that is $20 and says "10 Count". The company sells a 10 and a 20 count version. I think this one should be 20. I only drink Yogi ginger and lemon to relieve gas and indigestion. One cup usually does it. I drink usually at night be fore bed. I have never had a problem with tea causing a nstipation. But I eat a healthy diet with a lot of veggies, whole grains, legumes, which are all high in fiber. I also use a daily intake of extra virgin olive oil on my food. No constipation for me !

Answer:	The tea bags come individually wrapped in a foil packet. The foil packet measures 3" x 2 9/16" x (roughly) 1/4". The bags themselves measure 2 3/8" x 1 3/4" x (roughly) 1/4". The roughly measurement on the thickness is due to the fact that the tea shifts in the bag and doesn't give a consistent measurement. Hope that helps!

Answer:	I have heard of a woman who had significant hair regrowth from spearmint capsules. I am hoping this tea will help me. Probably depends on what’s causing your hair loss. If hormonal, this should help.
