Answer:	It's helped with my husband heartburn. He has had severe heartburn his whole life. He started drubbing one cup of camomile tea every night before bed and he hasn't had heartburn in over 6 months. It's also supposed to help with digestion.

I bought the Awake Tea however ... but I did some research online afterwards and read that the older version was being phased out. So if you're not a fan of the new formulations don't buy this Tazo tea (at least from Amazon) because they don't seem to have the original version of these teas any longer.

Answer:	No you do not need special equipment. You can do what you suggested. I usually put the bag in the coffee filter and let it brew that way. It is pretty concentrated, so you will probably want to ad a fair amount of water if you do it this way. I use the tea all the time- it is my go to beverage.
