Answer:	It is quite creamy to me; not like whipped cream creamy, but certainly close to 1/2 & 1/2. Use the red unsweetened if you want closer to that. It is creamy enough that I substiture it for cream in baking and with granola & fruit. Perfect creamer! It’s always a matter of personal taste buds but I can’t tolerate dairy and this is the very best after trying innumerable products.

Question:	What is the shelf life
Answer:	You're looking at their JAR of the product and their jar's label appears to be incorrect when saying that 1/2 tsp weighs 3 grams -- it's got to be nearer to 1 gram. All of the other ground golden flax seed products (including this very same brand in a plastic sack instead of a jar!), give calories based on 2 TB, or 13 grams total, equaling 70 calories. With 3 tsp per TB, to get a measurement comparable to other labels you'd multiply (as you correctly did for the calorie total) the 1/2 tsp by 6 to get to 3 tsp, and then double that to get to 2 TB. That's 3 grams x 6 x 2 = 36 grams! Obviously 36 grams is a lot more than 13 grams for the same 2 TB -- the measurement used on the other labels. Given the higher weight, of course the calculated calorie total is higher. However, if you base calculations on calories per gram it's supposedly fewer calories. 180 calories divided by 36 grams is 5 calories per gram. 70 calories (on the other labels) divided by 13 grams is 5.39 calories per gram. However, since this very same product by the very same producer, in a plastic sack instead of a jar, has the same label measurements as ALL the other golden flax seed products, the producer just needs to correct their jar label to say 1 tsp is approximately 2.5 grams.

I have found that drinks I think have just the right amount of sweetness, my wife will feel is over-sweetened (and she adds water to reduce that over-sweetness). That said, neither my wife, nor I have found this company's products to be over-sweetened. We like the fact that they use Stevia for a sweetener. It's much better for the human diet than regular sugar, and far better than the artificial sweeteners used in other drinks.

Answer:	the only flavor i tried was unsweetened regular creamer flavor.....not a fan of hazelnut or french vanilla.....the regular one makes my coffee taste like a cup of real coffee with cream....i tried alot of the coconut creamers on the market- even made my own or used unflavored soy milk but it took alot of it to even make my coffee look a little bit lighter......the nutpods work out great.....i'm very happy with them
