Answer:	Hi there! We hate using cliches, but "it depends". Without really knowing how loud it gets in your indoor fitness center, it's hard for us to tell you for sure. That said, even at the bottom end of the high noise spectrum (rock concerts, entertain venues with loud sounds), we've had users love the product since it takes off enough of the loudness to make it comfortable to their ears. Our product is volume dependent so whether it's a high frequency pitchy noise or a low bass that's loud, our protective effect remains the same. Answer:	Hello there! Naturally, there will be some build up over time and use. While we suggest simple soap and water to keep them clean, ear wax might present a problem there. In that case, we'd suggest taking a small paper clip or even a piece of mechanical pencil lead (as small as you can find) and pushing it through. The material is a high strength polymer so even if the diameter is slightly larger than the hole, you can press it through to pop out the wax and it'll rebound to the correct shape and size with no issues. We've even had a couple users just blow from the open end (closest to your ear drum) and pop out the wax build up that way. We hope you're enjoying the product and thanks for the question!

Answer:	We received a NRR of 12 for our HPDs. It should be noted that NRR testing uses continuous noise at lower continuous sound levels which our product allows a certain amount through by design. Our product has been tested by the ANSI 12.6 standard to protect at over 40 dB at levels which represent gunfire and higher impulse noise while allowing lower noise like conversation to pass through. Answer:	i believe the 3220, 3420, & 3630 are essentially the same core machine - except for a retailer sku variation 3220 / 3420, & finish variation 3630 - you might want to double check with De'Longhi to confirm. We picked up the 3220 locally & are finding it a surprisingly nice machine.

Answer:	I ordered a 49mm tamper as this was posted as such, but it is in fact 51mm. The 49mm works fine since this machine is pressurized and doesn’t need much tamping to begin with.

I just spent many years looking a “better cup”. I found collectivo in 2014 and haven’t once been disappointed. I don’t have to look any more. A better cup simply isn’t possible. Answer:	Didn't think to review it, but I will now. Bought this for Christmas a year ago for my partner who was a barista for several years. Initially the price was a bit hard because I started looking at units that were around $500. Since he was a pro in the past, I felt I needed the real deal. This is the real deal! It gets used daily and I finally learned how to make a good latte for myself instead of waiting for him to make it for me. Easy to use, makes a great latte and is a little impressive sitting on the counter too. Everything is heavy duty and pro. I installed a pull down faucet at the bar sink next to it, so filling the water tank is really easy. If you want a great machine, drop the cash and buy this. The pro barista in the house only had one comment. Compared to a much larger pro machine the steam wand is just a touch less powerful than an actual large commercial unit. But not enough for him to not love the machine! Also, get good quality beans that have a longer shelf life because you will use them slower than a coffee shop. We have them delivered, every two weeks we receive a one pound packet of quality beans from a local roaster. It's the way to go.

Answer:	One way is to open up fully the lid of the water tank -> this will move the water tank slightly away from the espresso machine. Then, push the top of the water tank further away from the espresso machine- & when you feel the water tank is no longer firmly attached at it's base, you can pull up the water tank -> thereby detaching it from the espresso machine.

Answer:	An espresso or cappuccino cup will fit but not a regular coffee cup. Look at the Best Choice Products machine (BCP) it has a lot more height at the same or less price point. I am going to sell my Mixpresso machine as the BCP machine is overall better and makes a hotter cup of coffee.
Question:	Is there a model that can use Vertuo capsules
Answer:	The cup holder is 2 piece and the top section is removable. That said it still does not give you a lot of room for a tall cup. A short but larger cup will fit, but I had to purchase 6-8 oz cappuccino cups as my normal coffee cups did not fit under the spout.

Question:	Mines came without the lid
Answer:	The Simpresso will work with smaller amounts, but the espresso will not have as rich of a taste and will have a lighter color and less crema. In our tests, 8 grams produces an espresso with the right amount of robust taste, color and crema. However, it is all up to you and what you prefer . . .
Question:	My coffee pot broke? How can I obtain a replacement as I have all the other attachments
Answer:	Okay, nothing is going to taste exactly like espresso from a proper machine. Having said that, this is as close as you’ll get with a “portable” - and it’s pretty darn close. (Good enough to buy a second one for my son, at his request!)

Answer:	There are 21 capsules in a tin and you get 5 tins. So 105 capsules altogether. However I won't order from this supplier as I only recieved 4 tins which was very disappointing.
