Answer:	Yes, they don’t put descriptions on the smaller boxes however I kept mine from initial purchase of large box.The descriptions are on lid. I can summarize the three . Stormio 8 out of 11 for strength it’s intense, spiced and woody from Guatemala beans. Odacio 7 out of 11 strength, fruity Melozio 6 out of 11 strength , smooth , Brazilian bourbon and central arabicas blend. Hope this helps, this selection is my go to.

Answer:	The tea bags are made up of: Abaca (pulp) natural long fibers, Bleached wood pulp short fibers, and Thermoplastic fibers (heat seal) which is not compostable. All materials used by Unilever are manufactured according to current stringent legislation for materials in direct contact with food. Our packaging does change from time to time so we suggest using the "Contact Us" page on our web site in the future.

Answer:	Honestly, it depends on what tastes best to you. Also, the quality & where the tea came from can effect the temp & seep time. On avg, matcha, plain green, oolong, etc. i tend to use 190 degrees, 3min seep. Some japanese sencha green can be 212, 2min seep. But again, it depends on your taste buds. I don't always follow temp or seep time. Herbals tend to be mostly 212, 5-7min seep, just depends on teabags or full leaf use also. So, trial & error w/ brewing.

Answer:	These are less dense and less effective since I bought them in the fall of 2019. They are hardly effective at all anymore. I wish they had not changed these because they used to be awesome. I will not be buying these again.

Answer:	The Cafecito de Puerto Rico Vertuoline 2.70 fluid ounce pods are an intensity of 10, and delicious. They are more expensive than the Double Scuro and Dbl Chiaro pods that brew the 2.70 size. I was charged $20 for a sleeve of 10. Comparatively the others that brew 2.70 oz are under $10. So if you're looking for a stronger brew, for occasional use, try these Cafecita de Puerto Rico Nespresso Vertuoline pods. Too expensive for daily use, but way less than a Starbucks espresso double shot.
Question:	Why aren’t these available for Subscribe and Save? I keep running out of pods and waking up without coffee is a rough start to the day
Answer:	Nespresso do not manufacture reusable capsules. We do not test the compatibility of competitor capsules with Nespresso machines and therefore, we're unable to provide information regarding capsules not manufactured by Nespresso.

Answer:	Look for Diavolitto pods, it's Nespresso's super dark, super strong, super small espresso (1.35 oz). Altissio is their medium roast espresso, still pretty strong, and Voltesso is the lightest (there's also a decaf espresso, but WHY). If you see Chiaro or Scuro those are double espresso pods; both are very tasty but that's probably the American size that you're trying to avoid.
Question:	What type of cleaning capsules work with virtuolin
Answer:	There is no subscribe and save offer.
Question:	Do these pods work in a Nespresso Citiz machine
Answer:	One color (golden brown) is scuro, which is stronger in flavor at a 8/11 scale in the Nespresso coffee strength and the other color (darker, reddish flat brown) is chiaro which is milder in flavor a 6/11 in Nespresso coffee strength. Both are two different levels of coffee strength/double espresso. 2.7 oz each. Hope this helps you!

Answer:	There are no generic pods, however, amazon sells a reseal option RECAPS Aluminum Foil Lids to Reuse Coffee Capsules Compatible with Nespresso VertuoLine 100 Pcs 62mm . I cleaned out a bunch of the original pods and put the used coffee on my plants, then washed and dried them. You can put your own coffee into the clean pods and reseal with the recaps, it works great! Just make sure you pack the coffee in firm. I put mine in a small shot glass to hold it steady and then fill and seal. I have reused the resealed pods over and over.
